Location was perfect, just few mins away from Dal Lake. Rooms were big with one cupboard and one hangar. It was provided with a bed heater and three warm rugs which was appreciated. No toiletries were provided & the curtains weren’t in good condition. The staff specially Tahir was always available and cared for the guests which was the best part of the stay.

Hotel Humza is a very nice budget hotel near Ghat 9 of Dal Lake. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean. The bathroom was also big. There is no in-house restaurant, but there are lots of places to eat nearby. Also, please note that the property is a bit old. So, please expect sign of age in your room and bathroom also. There is no lift in the building, but the staff helped us carrying the luggage.

This hotel is now renovated. We (group of 6 people) stayed here for 2 nights in the month of December 2021. Location is walkable to various restaurants and dal lake. We got 24 hours hot water in every room’s bathroom. Bed and mattresses were clean and bed is equipped with electric blanket. Restaurant was not open during our stay but they provided us breakfast since it was in our package.

Except the room size and complimentary breakfast every thing else was disappointing. There was no towels or toiletries provided. Bedsheet was old and worn out. There were cobwebs above windows and dust over furnitures. TV was not working. They offered another room but we denied as we had unpacked our bags. Surprisingly the hotel had just couple of rooms occupied. The room service guy was very irritating and looked intoxicated. Despite paying taxes we were not given receipt saying we will have to pay more if we need receipt. Better to avoid staying here. Don't get carried away by ratings like us. There are better options available near Dal lake.

Rooms were good, they were a bit reluctant while delivering services like luggage loading unloading, providing an extra towel as requested by guests, etc. But overall good for 2-3 night stays. Nearest to Dal lake Ghat No 9. Atm ,medicine shop and other shops are also available nearby.

we visited srinagar this oct against all odds...we were to cancel our trip bt khursheed uncle, the owner of hotel Humza assured us our safety. depending on him only we kick start our journey and landed there. i must say from arrival to departure, khursheed uncle took care of everything...be it transport, be it shopping be it our safety...he took care of every little thing. ||||now about the hotel...i must say it is a wonderful hotel n great place to stay with such a family type environment. we were given whatever we wanted to eat. laundry service too is available though we didnt opt for it as we were having a tight schedule. 24hrs hot water facility is available as well.||||the best part about the stay is their hospitality... khursheed uncle took us for shopping and sight seeing in his own car..So all in one i will recommend evryone that if u r planning a trip to kashmir, then do contact khursheed uncle

Hotel Humza is located at Ghat No 9a near Dal Lake, Srinagar. If someone wants a simple and inexpensive room then this hotel is for you. Otherwise, you may get disappointed. The location is very good but the management is very basic. Food Service is not available but you can demand Tea or Coffee. There is a small souvenir shop inside the hotel so you can buy Kashmiri Products also.
