Awesome food and taste. Mr. Haris was very cooperative and his behaviour was too helpful and kind. |The wazwan paneer suggested by him was awesome. And the suji halwa was perfect home style. |Great hospitality by the staff. Safe and secured rooms and atmosphere.

grand boulevard is located in the centre of the city and our room has the dal lake view. The hotel feels like a premium stay and the receiving, service and amenities are top notch. We are served by Sohail ahmed who is a polite staff member. really liked his patience. must visit.

Stay is good but I got room at the front part of building which is very cold, 2nd building rooms is behind. Rest is fine, but the good part is you will get Dal Lake view from balcony.||Sohail from F&B, his service is very good. Breakfast is tasty feels home.

Location wise this is the best hotel in front of dal lake. Less than one minute walk. Reception staff was very courteous and smooth checkin. Entrance, room, ambiance etc are excellent one. Food was delicious and services of Haris Hafeez is impeccable at restaurant.

It was an awesome stay at the hotel, best location. The hotel has a very humble dedicated staff. Rooms are clean and our issues resolved immediately. To top all this is the food which plays a major role in the stay and also makes your vacation memorable. So was the Chef's preparation. We enjoyed every bit of it especially the dinner. Thanks to the Chef. Highly recommended.

The hospitality staff were courteous and attentive, providing top-notch service. Room service was prompt and efficient, with polite staff ensuring our needs were met. The location of the hotel is unbeatable - I'd rate it 100 out of 10! It's truly one of the best. Special mention to Mr. Haris Haffiz and Sohil Ahmed who provided outstanding service during our stay. His dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was truly appreciated.
