Worst hotel ever…guys please don’t choose this hotel for the location…. Bad hotel bad service staff and owner behaviour was terrible…. Beds r broken heater was not working cuttons r on my god can’t explain and then blanket & bed sheets chi chi chi never seen this kind of dirty things…

Terrible hotel Stayed in this hotel for one night ( 27 th October) Bathroom / Comode was not clean , blankets were full of dusts and hairs . No room service. There was no water in between. After lot of complaints they started water pump . Overall Horrible experience.

The best part of this hotel is the location. I liked and appreciated the co-operation and assistance I received from the management staff||The hotel property is very well located, not in the market and not too far from it also. In itself, the property has excellent spread and scape and has stunning valley view. The open space in the hotel is really something that you keep enjoying. There was no clutter at all. We used to check out this place and did not stay more due to certain reviews at times but it is really a nice place for someone looking at good holidays.

It's a good budget hotel near to Dal Lake about 7-8 minutes walkable distance. Large clean spacious room and most importantly Clean toilet with geyser. It also has small but beautiful maintained garden where you can sit and enjoy your evening with your evening. It has a kitchen too where you can cook you food if you want as in case of tour operator.

Good budget hotel. so one cannot expect star quality facility. Staffs are good, but room cleanings are not done everyday. no restaurants of its own, so one have to go out for lunch and dinner etc. Not too far from Dal lake, its walking distance.

This is not at all worthy to stay. Rooms really bad. Bed is broken, lights & geyser not property worling. Basic services are not available. Really bad behaviour of the staffs.
