From the moment we arrived, Faiz went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care were remarkable. Whether it was arranging delicious meals, helping with local recommendations, or simply being available to assist with any needs, Faiz’s dedication was outstanding. We stayed at fayazs boat house. He is very welcoming. He gived us kashmiri tea that had a nice taste. The room and bathroom was clean. We had sence of being at home. If i come back to srinagar i will stay here again.

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this place. The view from the deck is very picturesque and beautiful to look at, especially at sunset. The staff, especially Faiz, is very friendly and hospitable and made sure we don't face any problems during our stay here. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Kashmir.

I enjoyed my stay with my family in Iram houseboats. It was quite spacious and very clean house boat. Special thanks to Fayaz bhai who took special care. He was very supportive. Foods were really good.lastly special thanks to Nazima who I interact with her initially. Thanks to Iram house boat team
