This hotel staff is misbehavoirial. He denied the booking after Booking confirmation. I and my family in evening wait for 3 hrs for rooms. He says you book the online through make my trip so i can not provide the breakfast and dinner in this price. After that we pay extra money for rooms. Next day he threaten to us for how to check in another hotel. In night come to us with 3-4 staff regarding threaten. During incident he use abuse language in front of my family. In this condition i am feeling insecure so that i came at my hone. So i request to you please don't book this hotel.

It's not very far off from Dal lake, that's the only plus point .. The hotel is not at all how it looks in pictures, the AC s don't work, (yes, you would AC in Srinagar during Summers).. The staff is rude and unwilling to help with anything,, The food quality is just about edible, not even average... ***Kindly avoid staying here... ***

literally the worst place I stayed in Kashmir. staff so in-hospitable and service is so lazy. they don't provide hot water when it's literally freezing outside just because "it's not the time we've decided" they why the hell would u even host?? believe me if I had the option of giving a negative star I would've given and they even gave us a room in the basement with so little oxygen and light it was so suffocating. please look for other options

One of the worst hotel I have stayed..very bad at their service staffs r very rude and our stay was included with breakfast and dinner but he denied to give asked to pay extra and the food quality which was served was not edible no taste and served all old food.. worst hotel in Srinagar .... Never book this Shefaaf Hotel in Srinagar.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Staff is not cooperative. I have visited on 25th May2024 and temp of Srinagar was 31 deg. We reached at afternoon and surprise to know that AC charges are extra. After paying extra AC charges electricity cut was there with a new surprise that AC or fan nothing will run on powerback up till night. They have policy to give power back up in room in night time that is also for fan only. Dining area was dirty, though food was good. 1 no. Water bottle (750 ml) is provided complementary and another bottle if required shall be chargeable. I am regarding that inspite of reading the reviews of this hotel I agree to my tour operator for stay. However I have changed my next 2 days booking.
