It's a fantastic place to stay at Srinagar with family. Owner and staff are very friendly and the interior is well curated. The best thing of this hotel is the food, which is very homely. They personally look after things and make sure they do their best. Wish to stay again in future visit to Kashmir.

The hotel is very good, although the location is a little far from the main town. The hotel staff are very good and always serve you with a smile. It is very safe for kids as well. We left three 12 year olds in the hotel for a few hours with the assurance that they'll be safe there. The owner/manager lives on the same property with his family.

I would like to share my experience. It was a very very bad experience. Things are different after I go there and different at the time of booking. I would request you people not to go to this place as your time and money both will be wasted after going there.

Ala Residency is actually something special for our entire family.His room service and rooms are very good.In my view it is a family hotel.Their hospitality is amazing....

This is the worst hotel that I have been to in my entire life. There is only a single person for service who does nothing whenever I call him for anything he is not there in hotel. They tell food will be served at 8pm but we get food at 9pm and only limited food is served 2 roti per person and 1 bowl rice and dal. We asked them for more food and they are like no, we give only limited food we were ready to pay extra still no food was served. Location of hotel is very bad there are 0 restaurants in 5km radius of hotel No restaurants deliver food at this location. They gave us bread which was very hard to bite like even if you keep bread open for 4 days still that tastes better then the bread served by them. In rooms AC is not working even fan is not working. When asked to change the room all rooms are pathetic all rooms has very bad odor [smell] staff has admitted that they switched off ac and fan from their end so that less electricity bill is generated they are taking full money but not giving any services. When we were staying at this place all the guest in the hotel were facing the same problem. Everyone had faced the same issue. This is not hotel it is there home they stay at the same place. There is no dining hall no table and kitchen also smells bad. They donot have staff there is only a single person who cleans room, cleans toilet and then cook food very unhygienic place. 🤮🤮🤮

Service was good food was excelent and tasty. Staff is friendly. Overall experiance was very good. My recomendation to stay in aala residency who are coming to beautiful land kashmir
