I recently Book for 6 days .. It was Awsome and plesent stay.. Very Nice Room service .they have electric bed heater . Cozy cozy... -3 degree We enjoyed Two Days In Rooms .. Prime Location.. Auto charged only 40-50 to Dal lake.. khyam chownk..lal Chownk. very Nice Location.. fully statisfied..They have tripple sharing bed also.. other hotel only provide Extra matrres but they provide Full tripple bed.. Extremely dirty and unclean Rooms. We had spoke to the manager Mr.Tanveer. He said we can check in soon after landing but we were made to wait 3 hours in the small reception. Followed by them giving us extremely unclean rooms. We decided to leave and Mr. Tanveer was extremely rude and brash with us and he even refused to give our advance of Rs.5000 back. Very unpleasant experience and bad odor. Would not recommend to anyone!

The worst place ever. Basically cheats. The photos provided by owner are so taken that they give a false sense of enormity and beauty of the rooms. Very shabby place. Smells of fungus everywhere and crawling with big spiders. Marketed as “Adorable Rooms” also in AirBNB. Altogether fraud. Stay away. Doesn’t even deserve a single star.

A very hospitable home stay. Stayed here for 5 nights. The host Tanveer contacted me twice before arrival to let me know the location of the home stay and arranged pick up from the airport.. The home stay is located near to the Dal lake shikara rides. The location is very good and close to Dal Gate. The room was spacious and comfortable. The rooms are located on the first and second floors, so some climbing stairs is required. The hot water heater was very effective and hot water was available 24 hours. A small restaurant on the ground floor served simple vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hosts consisting of the father and two sons were extremely nice and made sure our stay was very comfortable. They have their own taxi and offers pickup from the airport and local sight seeing at reasonable rates. The hosts provided all guidance for the Srinagar and Kashmir visit. Overall a very good place to stay in Srinagar.

Worst ever experience at hotel hameed , owner Mr. Tan Tanveer is so rude that at the end of the day we need to involve kashmir police to resolve the matter. If u r Choosing this place cos it's cheaper trust me , you gonna waste very precious moments of trip. My advice is to rethink while booking. And still planning to book than confirm everything in advance from owner .and don't forget to ask for room images. Because they were trying to give us dirty room and the room which we booked they were asking for extra 500 at the time of check in. We file a clear case of cheating with with tourist. Thanks to kashmir police who involve in matter and help us. Because of people like Mr. Tanveer owner of Hotel Hameed whole community of kashmir gets questioned. One evil brain cannot vanish the goodness of many people in kashmir who are so kind and helpful in nature.

The rooms were of good quality. The hotel staff is quite helpful. They have their own restaurant unit where the rates are quite reasonable. Also they have their own tours and travel services where you can visit nearby locations like Gulmarg and Pahalgam. No automatic power backup, you will have to go to the owner and ask him to start the inverter because they don't start it on their own. The internet breaks a lot in between. And the road to the hotel in very bad condition.

Hotel is Located at very good location opposite to Dal Lake. Best option for budget travel, rooms were clean, WiFi was very good. Mr. Nazir, Mr. Tanveer & Mr. Umar was very helpful. They also have Bike and Car rental options to explore Kashmir. Will come back definitely.

Built near the dal lake... It's in a very good location. From food, shikara rides, rental cars... You get it all in walking distance. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The owner Mr. Omar is very helpful.. and helped us to have an enjoyable trip in kashmir.
