Hotel York

The room was fairly average and not particularly impressive. However, the washroom was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were polite and cooperative, which added to the experience. Unfortunately, an early morning landline call at 5 AM disturbed my sleep, but apart from that, the stay was decent overall.

Good overall service. Internet connectivity needs to be improved and the bathroom needs to be having more racks. The sink needs to be fixed. Accessibility wise near to Dal Lake. Premium rooms are good. Menu is very limited for lunch and dinner. How Danesh, Mir, and staff were very helpful. Owner Mr.Arif was friendly and hospitable too

Bad experience....hotel is ok ..but ..staff is very rude... specially men who sit in reception....pata ni bhai ko kis baat ka attitude...hai... every time he is very..rude behaviour....

After a long motorcycling journey, we stayed overnight at Hotel York in Srinagar. We booked a Deluxe room and found the check-in seamless. The room was average and suitable for budget travelers, though the bathroom needed brighter lights. Despite the room being designed for cold weather, it was uncomfortably hot in late June, and a fan or AC was needed. The highlight was the courteous and efficient staff, who provided excellent service. Overall, Hotel York is a good option for budget-conscious travelers, but improvements in room would enhance the stay.

Hi, It's a best hotel to stay and very clean and green 💚 we had a great time with the staff and especially watchmen is very good guy who keeps eye on children when they play at the property as personal security guard 💂‍♀️. My experience was very good and this was the third time I stayed at this property. All the location are very close to this property. Dal lake, hazrat bal dargah, lal chowk, Jamia masjid, old city etc. Thank you for the hospitality guys. 😊😊

The hotel staff and management is very well mannered and provide great hospitality. If needed they also provide rented cars for sightseeing.

Property is not well maintained this could be the owner's issue But yes the Staff and Service is Outstanding, I was changing my mind to change the Hotel. But it's their staff who changed my mind. Location is good, walking distance from Dal Lake

Rooms are beautiful and clean and the area surrounding the property is serene and quiet. There was an issue with hot water in our room but otherwise our stay was pretty impressive.
