This is one of the best Houseboat in Srinagar. I had a dream to stay in one bedroom houseboat and I searched whole nigeen and dal lake but I could not find one bedroom exclusive houseboat. It is only here that I found a one bedroom exclusive and houseboat. This is completely luxurious with private sundeck, varendha, sitting room and drawing room. The service was very great and upto the mark. The food was very tasty and homely cooked. We really enjoyed a lot and had an unforgettable experience. I would recommended everyone to stay atleast two nights at this houseboat. They also had 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom exclusive houseboats and all of them are upto the mark.

I have stayed in this houseboat with my family, we hired a three bedroom houseboat and the houseboat was like a palace of a king. We had a private dinning room, drawing room, varendha and sun deck. We used to have the tea on the top of houseboat which others houseboat refuse as there sun deck is not maintained as nigeen beauty has. The care taker was very friendly and the hospitality of Arshid bhai was awesome. The food was very tasty and homely cooked. There was running hot water for 24 hours. The view from the houseboat is mind blowing and breath taking. Overall this is a perfect place for a stay. We stayed for two nights but we will come back and stay all nights in this houseboat only. Thank you guys for the unforgettable holidays.

We had booked 4 rooms with them 2 months in advance at an exorbitant price. We had clearly discussed with them the Food Menu we required, they agreed on providing the same. But, as we stayed, the arrogant owner Mr. Arshid, showed his true colours. Poor quality stale food with only one option was provided. Complaints fell on deaf ears as they offered lame excuses. The owner is highly arrogant with zero sense of hospitality. We told him we would recommend him if he doesn't deliver his promises. He clearly told he would never care about not being recommended. So, kindly avoid as the houseboat may look good, but problem lies in the hospitality standards and food.

Houseboats are the best to accommodate in Kashmir valley. The sunrise view is very scenic. I really enjoyed the welcoming nature of the owner of houseboat and the hospitality of the staff. It feels so homely staying there, very comfortable and peaceful place. Shikara rides to the houseboats at nyt were very adventurous as it is the only complementary thing a tourist would get in Kashmir. It's worth it and highly recommended. Thumbs up to nigeen beauty houseboat.

This place is an excellent place to stay. The food is tasty with great service and wonderful hospitality. The room are very clean and big and the wash rooms are new with bath tubs. They have a wonderful garden with colourful flowers around the houseboat. The water around the houseboat is very clean. Its an excellent place to stay in Nigeen lake kashmir . I would strongly recommend this place to everyone.

Very bad experience. They cheated by debiting Rs. 5778 from the account for the booking and refused to provide the houseboat on the very date. Neither refunded the amount. Now, not even picking up calls. Cheater they are. Never book by paying advance.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at Nigeen Houseboat this summer. With excellent interiors and overwhelming hospitality, it's a memory to cherish.||||The delicious food was icing on the cake. I would like to spend more time on this floating extravaganza.
