The service is very good and food is also great. I stayed here 3 nights and it was very nice they also have spa and for kids they have basketball ground,badminton and table tennis. They also have a gym in which there is supervisor to help us. Overall the service is the best. It was very cooperative. I liked the way they work as a team. I would come here again.We enjoyed the service , food , and other things. Mr Chef darshan and his team provieded us yummy food i really enjoyed it.in service Mr captain Riyaz and Zubair. And hus entered team like miss sameena nd iqra …..really they provide us everything over al every thing was really amazing…thanks

Our stay was pleasant. Staff was very supportive, nice and well behaved. We were with kids and they supported out of their way. Food was great. Shagufta, Sameena, Riyaz, Zubair support staff in restaurant were great. Chef Umar was very nice, he catered all the requirements of small kids. Senior chef of staff was also very supportive and kind. Rooms interior was good. Overall i recommend to stay in hotel.

Mr Rabindra and his team has taken utmost care. We have had a great experience here. The staff has been super duper co operative. Mr nasir, mr guddu, mr zubair all of them have been very kind n helpful. Food is extra ordinary . We had a great stay. Thank you

Well situated for visiting spots in srinagar, very warm and accomodating staff, delicious main course and non veg was always superb. Overall fantastic experience. ||Improvements |- we travelled with my grandmother but she can't walk properly. Lack of lifts was a pain.|- desserts could do with some improvement|- there's a lack of individual room control over temperature so if you prefer to sleep in cooler environments, make sure to ask for a solution, because all the room temps are centrally controlled.

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were spacious. Service was top notch. Walking distance from Nishant Garden and Dal lake. |Amazing food at earthen oven. A must try would be gosht dum biryani and wazwan by Chef Sajad, and amazing warm service from irfan, Iftekar, Riyaz-cap. |Would highly recommend.

Rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic. Staff is really courteous, ever smiling and they take extra efforts in making you feel comfortable. Riyaz was really nice to us and the head chef also checked on us every day. Breakfast and dinner spread was also good and delicious.

GREAT SERVICE Fantastic property, gracious staff, fantastic location and great food. Great views. Huge, spacious rooms. The rooms and restaurant are being updated but it did not interfere with our stay. The infinity pool is an added bonus. The garden is beautifully maintained. The sunset deck and tea was perfect. Most amazing service.irfan the captain who stole our hearts with his hospitality. Arif and waseem went all out of their way when my daughter fell sick what a gesture .the entire staff at the restaurant zubair sameena n iqra were always there to make us feel like home.fantastic hotel with a fantastic staff.5 star for all the love ambience n service😘😘
