Fortune Resort Heevan, Srinagar - Member ITC hotels' group

Our stay was pleasant. Staff was very supportive, nice and well behaved. We were with kids and they supported out of their way. Food was great. Shagufta, Sameena, Riyaz, Zubair support staff in restaurant were great. Chef Umar was very nice, he catered all the requirements of small kids. Senior chef of staff was also very supportive and kind. Rooms interior was good. Overall i recommend to stay in hotel.

5 star & simply outstanding hospitality by Cafe Chinar restaurant staff . Dum Alu , Veg manchurian, paneer chilly by Chef Darshan was simply best. Care by staff Jubeir , Iftikar, Shogufta and all others was just wonderful. ||Nice rooms interiors , concourse, exhibits were matching with Kashmir handicrafts ||Nice and courteous reception staff| Suggestions: |They should have few connected rooms||Quality of apple should be of good quality, not justified Kashmir quality. ||Hard mattress option should be available |The shopping place of hotel is too exhorbitant and misleading |||We enjoyed our 3 days stay.

OMG. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. All the staff were very courteous and helpful and went out of their way each and every time. They’ve made sure that we are comfortable and well relaxed. Hotel was neat clean and well equipped for winter cold.

We had the most amazing experience staying at The Fortune- The service, courtesy and attitude of staff are exemplory of the hospitality industry and highly commendable, The restaurant service of staff the food were all a great experience to us. the ITC Heevan hotel in Srinagar is a fantastic property. very well maintained rooms, spacious lawns, badminton court, gym and excellent service by the staff. It is close to Dal Lake and other sightseeing points like Nishat garden etc. Overall, a must stay place and we will definitely recommend strongly.

I had lunch at Fortune Resort Heevan, Srinagar, expecting the high standards typical of an ITC property. The hotel’s location and ambiance were excellent, and the food was enjoyable. However, the service was disappointing. My meal was served in broken dishes, and despite bringing this to the server’s attention, no effort was made to rectify it, not even an offer to replace the dish. For a brand like ITC, this was far below expectations and unfortunately detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Amazing hospitality and property. Staff members are very polite and welcoming. The property is breathtaking with lot of amenities. I lost my wedding ring within the property and Ashfaq, Abid (IT) and Mushtaq acted quickly and their selfless help resulted in finding the ring within an hour, that too in a ground.

Excellent Services backed by Amazing Team both at Reception & Restaurants. Special Mention for Chef Darshan (Delicious Food & Very well curated recipes) and Manager at Restaurant Mr Riyaz and his Team (Madam Iqra & Zubair). They were prompt at all times. Excellent Guys & Keep it Up!!!! Highly Recommended.
