The overall experience of this resort is great. Rooms are spacious with all amenities from heating AC's to heating jar with very good wood work. The rooms, galleries, halls all are decorated with Kashmiri arts that gives a feel of traditional Kashmiri vibes. Also it has a small garden in its premises with varieties of flowering plants and seating space.I stayed here for four nights with family and kid. They enjoyed a lot here. Moreover, the food is awesome, all the items we ordered were delicious and with a professional touch. This review would be incomplete without mentioning the warm hospitality of the staffs. Reception head Mr. Altaf and all other staffs were very cooperative and always ready to serve. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Kashmir to have stay here in this serene place.

Out stay in Kashmir Mahal Resorts was the high point of our visit to Kashmir in the first fortnight of June 2024. The free upgrade to a premium room was a pleasant surprise and gladdened our hearts. The service was excellent and the staff was extremely courteous. The icing on the cake was the delicious flavoursome cuisine in the dinner buffet. We will surely choose Kashmir Mahal Resorts on our next trip to Kashmir. Best place to stay in Srinagar... excellent location, interiors and food. Reception head Mr. Yaseen and Altaf were super supportive person and so does all other staff including restaurant and chef himself. Highly recommending it. Super deluxe room is grt to stay.

Very nice and clean rooms. Elegant interiors. Good service. Amazing food (Breakfast). But little compact rooms. Also, they lock their main gate so make sure you inform them about your timings. (Which we didn’t like as its a resort hotel and not a hostel)

Kashmir Mahal Resort is one of the finest hotels in Srinagar, perfectly located near Dal Lake. The service was exceptional, thanks to Altaf Bhai, who was always available to cater to our needs. The resort features spacious bathrooms with excellent heated water facilities and very effective room heating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes with diverse flavors, making the experience even more delightful. Overall, this was one of the best stays I've had in Kashmir. **Special thanks to Altaf bhai and the service staff of both hotel and restaurant**
