Grand Valley Inn

Our experience at Grand Valley Hotel was very pleasant. The service was excellent, and the staff ensured our comfort at every step. I would especially like to mention Muneer, who was very helpful and attentive. He made sure we had hot water whenever we needed it. If you're looking for a comfortable hotel with great service, this is a good choice.

The hotel is really good. The staff members and employees őf ťhe ḥòṭél̥ are very kind and generous, especially Mr Muneer The food is also mouth-watering and tasty. They have a variety of options. Next to the hotel there is a huge Mosque and a Dargah. It was beautiful and very decorated. Would definit ely recommend this hotel for your trip to Srinagar! Mr muneer are very cooperative and helpful.

Pathetic rooms and washrooms. After entering in the room I need to ask for room fresher. No electricity. Running on inverters. Washrooms dirty. Need to be clean on regular basis. Basically it was not a hotel. We were amazed that our tour organizer did this to us.

We booked our stay for approximately 4 days and stayed at “Grand Valley Inn” Srinagar, where we had a lovely time. The hotel was very close to Mughal Gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. Importantly, behavior of the staff was really very good, friendly and helpful. Overall, I am glad that we chose to stay here and look forward to more such experiences.

My husband and I stayed in Grand Valley inn for 4 nights along with our 9yrs old daughter during our Kashmir trip in May 2023. Our stay was very comfortable there. Though the rooms are not very spacious, it's more than enough for 2-3 people to stay comfortably. The beds were very comfortable, which was my daughter's favourite part of the hotel. All amenities were available and the location of the hotel is close to most tourist attractions. However, the highlight of the hotel is the staff and their service and hospitality. Dr. Owais who is the owner of the hotel is very friendly and helpful and all the other staff ensured we had no chance to complain about anything at all. Our heartfelt thank you to them for making our stay and trip so comfortable and memorable and giving us a "home away from home". We would recommend Grand valley inn to everyone.

We stayed in grand valley inn for 4 days recently with the family and had an awesome stay experience with high quality hospitality from staff, very clean and neat rooms. It is safe forAlso food was prepared as per our preference and food was delicious. Especially owais Mohammed took a special care and provided mind blowing experience. Overall best budget hotel in Srinagar. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you visit Srinagar.

It's a great budget hotel in Srinagar. View from hotel is magnificent. Location is quite near to Shalimaar Bagh and Dal Lake. We stayed here for five nights and found it very comfortable and peaceful place. Bathroom was very good, neat and clean. Hot running water was available everytime. Mr Owais, his father and other staff were very helpful. Even they made available cab for sight seeing at very reasonable rates.Food was also fine. Good place for budget and other travellers. All the best for all of them.

We stayed in GRAND VALLEY INN for 4 days with the family, had an excellent hospitality and it is the best place to stay with family and kids in Srinagar. Hotel is vey clean and hygiene rooms. Mr.Owaisi is taking care of everything, provided excellent hospitality with special care and thank you Owaisi for everything. It was nice and very comfortable stay at Grand Valley Inn. Food was superb and everyone was thoroughly enjoyed. Kids loved a lot. Mr.Muneer is an awesome, friendly person, very good at hospitality and very helping us always. Thank you Muneer. Amin, the Cook had served very hot, delicious food and as per our choice. Very very tasty food. Srinagar Memories cherished forever lifetime. Thank you for making us feel at home in your hotel. I would strongly recommend this hotel. A safe and comfortable stay, also it is a budget category hotel.
