Hotel is clean and hygienic. A warm welcome by the staffs and provided honest information on the needed. Location is very clam and near to the access. Staffs are humble and providing fast services. Highly recommending

We had a stay for 4 nights during our Kashmir Trip. Hospitality provided is very good. Food quality was too good with well maintained hygiene. The hotel is located far from Dal Lake, but this is a good hotel within budget considering other facility except the location from Dal Lake.

Comfortable and clean Rooms. Staff very courteous. Food delicious. Captain Irfan meticulously took care of customers food requirements. Enjoyed our stay, only hitch was they do not put on the Generator on during the day ( Management Policy), since most of the tourists go for sight seeing. We could not put on the Fan as the there was no electricity, when we checked in the afternoon. it was put on after our tour operator intervened. Srinagar is very hot in the afternoon. Very spacious garden. Enjoyed the stay.

Very beautiful and well maintained property. Rooms are spacious. Food was good too. Select mountain view room while booking. Staff is helpful. If you wish to visit Shalimar garden it's just 10 mins walking distance. You can sit in the lawn and enjoy your tea while watching sunset. Recommended in budget.

Reception staff was very Shroodh and irresponsible. Manager is also non professional. Worst room service. Dirty rooms. As per their policy AC is to be used after evening. They are not providing Air Condition facility in day time even though AC rooms booked. After check in at 15.00 hrs AC facility was not provided up to 20.00 hrs.

UPDATE: before responding to a review, kindly read it i said i booked in the month of January not June as you replied. what a joke this hotel was, we booked this hotel on the month of January 2024, upon reaching everything was going good until we reach the rooms, it was cold with no heating, once we ask the staff why there is no heating they said its like this only u will get heating after 6pm untill then no heating no water heater nothing the picture they show is when this was made it does nt look the same and the service is third class, we had to check out and book a new hotel on the same hour of entering this property.

Very bad service at the hotel. Even after booking ac rooms they had to be repeatedly reminded to switch ac on. Their food service was absolutely pathetic with every order taking 30-45 mins and bland food all through out. Towels were not changed nor were rooms cleaned every day
