I booked through goibibo for 26 December 2023 vide booking I'd of goibiobo HTLDNA6UZF8GQPR7 but they did not provide room. Person on reception told no room available.Photo of receptionist attached. Also amount not refunded by goibiobo.i have recording of receptionist also available. Pl do not book this hotel.

Stay was terrible I would say. Staffs are rude; especially the one at reception. I booked a bedroom and finally when I reached at night ; I saw bathroom flush was not working and when I switched on TV; no channels were coming up because monthly subscription charges were not paid. When I called up to reception desk; the staff argued why didn't I checked all that before booking room. Someone needs to have basic business ethics and a bit of customer satisfaction knowledge to run business. Yes, I know a lot of people come here and whatever they do; business will be good. But not many will refer others and ever visit again after this awful experience. Keep up the same spirit and ruin your owner's business...

Bedsheets was not clean n untidy...Should be clean n room spray after every check-out..bedsheets should be cotton neat n clean.

Good hotel in Deoghar. Very affordable and genuine price. Good Place to stay. View is okay and not great. Rest owner and reception are nice. Good Service and Behaviour.
