NillThe hotel itself was nice, with good amenities and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the room we were given was a major disappointment. There was water leaking from the AC, which caused the entire room to become waterlogged. This issue made our stay uncomfortable, and it’s a shame because the hotel has great potential. I hope they address this maintenance issue soon to avoid similar problems for future guests.

NillSingle room booked and got only one bed which was just like bench. Not even 3 feet width. It was more like a railway birth. Hot water tap was not functional. When called room services they told that please take water from basin with mug. Ridiculous service and worst ro service. Finally we got hot water from some others room which was also used. They also offered us to take bath in someone else room. Overall bad bad experience. MOST IMPORTANT, THE ROOM WAS CHARGED FOR 2700 IN CITY DEOGHAR.

NillThe service is so dirty that no explanation can be given for this hotel. The food is very dirty, the room cleanliness is very dirty, all the staff are very dirty. Hotel Rameshwaram is providing much dirtier service than before, so please whoever wants to stay in this hotel should think carefully.

NillThe renovated rooms are good, but their washrooms need renovation. They are close to the main market and temple. Food at the restaurant is good.

NillWe reserved five double rooms for a three-day stay with them. Upon check-in, they graciously upgraded two of the rooms to deluxe, and later, one more was upgraded the following day. While the room itself was satisfactory, the bathroom required maintenance, as the fixtures were rusted and easily fell off. Despite our request for a wiper to prevent water accumulation, the staff hesitated, preferring to clean the bathroom upon our request. Room service was notably delayed, necessitating multiple calls. However, the staff remained polite and attended to some of our requests. The hotel's location is excellent, situated within a mile of the Baidyanath temple in a prime area.

NillMy recent one-night stay was far from satisfactory, marred by several shortcomings that overshadowed any potential positives. Firstly, the room's exorbitant cost did not align with the services provided. Notably absent was any complimentary breakfast, a basic amenity expected in such establishments. Furthermore, the room itself left much to be desired. A persistent unpleasant odor lingered, detracting from any sense of comfort. Additionally, the sluggish room service added to the frustration of an already disappointing experience. Adding insult to injury was the ongoing construction work, disrupting any hope of peaceful rest. The incessant noise made it nearly impossible to sleep or relax in the room, further diminishing the value of the stay. In conclusion, the combination of high prices, inadequate services, and disruptive construction work makes it difficult to recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. Until these issues are addressed, guests would be wise to seek accommodations elsewhere for a more enjoyable stay.

NillIf you are looking for a safe hotel, this one is a BIG NO. While checking-in the staff asked for my cellphone to see the booking details. In no time he opened my gmail and started to send an email. Will the management be able to justify this behaviour of theirs? Using someone else's phone to send an email without their consent is a crime, it is call phishing. Further, the room was an AVERAGE room, without any 3start hotel facility. On top of it, the AC remote was not available and the AC temperature was set to very cool. The staff did not hesitate to say that the remote will be available after 3 days only. Overall, it was such a bad experience, that we had to check-out a day prior to the scheduled check-out date and the staff did not have to courtesy to offer a discount. We ended up paying for 2 nights of stay, while we stayed for one night only. If you are looking for a hotel in Deoghar, Rameshwaram is NOT at all advisable, owing to their pathetic service.
