Hotel Madhuban Ranchi

Worst taste, worst food, I tried Mutton and chicken, both the items were worst in taste. Never go this place for food. Being a guy from Bihar, I have never tasted worse than their Mutton taste.

Not a good dinner for me. The hotel has staff shortage, I went there with my family and that day was little crowded, and only 2 men were there to look after all the guests which was very irritating. We had to wait for around 2 hours for our main course. First they brought the starters but forgot to bring the plates, we were waiting and sitting for half hour. Really frustrating. We just got exhausted sitting and sitting and waiting and waiting.

Service is at worst…. Plates are dirty, waiters not aware what to be served at what table…. Food price is decent but service is pathetic… This place used to be my goto place… the service keeps degrading everyday.

Stay here only if you want to stay at very cheap price. There were some small cockroaches. Room was uncleaned. Bedsheets were too dirty. Just the bathroom was good. But before us, a couple stayed there... I saw 1 packet of protection (nirodh brand) lying under the bed. It states that room was not cleaned.

Didn't liked the service, when we poured water in the glasssw and found the glass dirty. Ewwww... Disgusting. And when we called the waiter to ask about this, he didn't even apologized, Sayed no sorry. Waiters aren't trained. They don't know how to behave, talk and give service... We had listened alot of this hotel, so decided to dine in here, but then after we regret.

On the main highway at Ranchi . Renovated with new design. Big spacious fast service. Food quality good . Quantity very less as compared to price . Maintain cleaning and hygiene. Kids play ground also inside . Parking space avl .

I would saying amazing wonderfull loves this hotel great ambience and hotel staff always carry pleasent smile and rooms are well maintained
