Hotel Beena Inn

I am directly saying that I feel this hotel is the worst and most pathetic in the whole of Ranchi because the services provided do not match its tariff. There's no staff, and the manager lacks manners to talk to. I would suggest staying away from such hotels, be cautious and alert.

The location is good, nearby railway station. But the room is small. They serve good foods.

Pathetic Hotel- 1. Bathroom flush not working and despite various calls and intimations the staff responded that even the plumber is not able to fix it so it will be fixed after one or two days. 2. Pathetic taste of tea- Tea was delivered after 2 hours of ordering and it tasted hell. 3. There was continuous loud songs voice from upper floor, which was even not sttoped after complaining many times. 4. Ordered coldrink which was delivered after 1 and half hour and many phone calls. 5. The manager on duty at night did not respond to phone calls. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in, it is strictly recommended to never stay in this hotel.

Poor experience. If I could have rate 0 star I would done that. Smelly rooms, No lift. As we have already paid Rs2250 for each room we are left with no choice. The toilet of the room was not at all cleaned. Water kept falling from the tap. commode flush not functioning. Not worth for money. Even the hotel do not have an envelop to provide the bill.

I stayed here. Room condition is very bad. Wifi range shoes only one tower. No range at all. Beds are poor. Compared to the price it's not worthy at all. They are not providing any amenities.

We had breakfast at this restaurant. We ordered masala dosa which was good but a bit oily. The lead time of serving was considerably higher than expected from a very common breakfast item. The restaurant design is cool and the internal ambience is quite good with different sculptures and household decorations.

Located just bang opposite of ranchi railway station Boundary. Takes 5 mins to reach station. The restaurant is very good. Food quality awesome. Chinese biriyani kebab everything is equally yummy. They even pack foods if you want to carry in train. Reasonable price. Rooms r clean.

Please check rooms physically before checking in and booking. Their room charges are just higher comparing with others near by . No WiFi no exhaust in washroom. There is continuous smell in the room, you may feel suffocation and no comfort.
