Hotel Beena Inn

Pathetic and worst experience,pls don't stay in this hotel.rooms are not well maintained and a bad smell every time. The bathroom is like hell,they provide us a dirty mug and bucket and didn't change it after call them 10 a times. The most worst thing is the water,drain like colour and smell. There was no proper lock in door. They didn't care about guests,the staffs didn't respond if you call them for any reason.

Absolutely disappointing! 👎 The naan was burnt to a crisp—looked more like charcoal than bread. Even foil couldn’t save it. The curry? A dry, tasteless, pasty mess with zero flavor or freshness. It looked like leftovers from last week. The onions were the only edible part, and that's saying something. To top it off, the presentation was horrible—food dumped carelessly, no hygiene, no care. Felt like a complete waste of money and appetite. Wouldn't recommend even if it was free. Rating: 0/5. Avoid unless you're craving regret.

Very very worst service ever I have seen Food quality is very bad with a extra oil & zero test. After call room service will come 2-3 hr later. Very poor and unhygienic service

Frequent power cut and water cuts, Delayed room service No cleaning for days, if you stay longer Small bathroom, no lift for few rooms.
