Rooms are spacious and good. Bt the stuffs behavior is very bad. They didn't have manners to talk with females. The wifi didn't work properly.

Behavior of young Manager as well as staffs are very bad. They are using very much slag language infront of male customer as well as female customers. They don't know the manner for talking with customers. Room service is very poor. The Hotel is having hung numbers of cockroach in every rooms as a result cant keep anything openly and while cooking otamoticall falling the cockroachs cooked food.

- location is quite close to NH Clinic. - Single rooms have 1 singe bed and 1 double with no separate kitchen room facility, rather the stove is in the room, which was the bad part. - staff were not that much helpfull.

Very Good Hotel for living and cooking for both. 400 mt. behind from Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences and Mazumdar Shaw Medical Centre. Hotel has own free car dropping facilities available towards those Hospitals. Staffs are good and all the facilities are excellent... Room rates Rs. 600/- onwards in Indian currency...

Worst Hotel for the patient party. Anytime patient may infected due to full of fungus in rooms. Room for cockroach. Managers behaviour are very bad.

Best rooms within reasonable price. Close from hospital and good service. The old man in the lobby is very nice and friendly.

Year 2019-20 the hotel was superb.... But now the behaviour of young manager is too much wrost.....

Last November I stay SRI sai samrat guest house. Budget friendly and good hospitality. Recommend.
