Worst experience ever at this restaurant. The service is absolutely terrible, unlike anything I've encountered even in average places. We had the misfortune of dealing with an incredibly arrogant staff member who took our order but kept saying that nothing was available. When we inquired further, he responded with a lot of attitude, even claiming that the manager was "taking a rest" and that we couldn't disturb him. It was beyond frustrating! It honestly feels like they think they can just sit back and customers will keep coming, no matter how poor the service is. This kind of behavior is completely unfair and unprofessional, especially after paying for a meal. I strongly advise you to think twice before choosing this restaurant. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend avoiding it. The staff's arrogance and the service they provide are unacceptable!

It was a great experience to have the dinner at RK gardenia along with cockrails during the night hours. Especially Mr. Nishith Ghosh was very supportive and friendly during the course of service. I thank fo his dedicated service.

Stayed for office purpose. Breakfast was very nice,rooms are tidy Front office team is very patient and professional. Mr.Sushant is helpful and reachable throughout my stay.

I had booked this hotel for my wedding and the venue is perfect if you want a good venue and enough rooms to accomodate your family. It also has a good restaurant and bar offering multiple cuisines and drinks. The manager Rajendra is a great guy and helped us alot in arranging things. Highly recommended for events and occasions.

Aashish and Pinky were gr8 suggesting us the best food on the menu and their service were oustanding. Our dinner visit became memorable with sweet gestures.
