Before check in enquiry about room tariff. Rooms need to be maintained. Lots of cockroaches in room no 407.

Reception staff cordial on arrival but later on rude and defensive. I stayed in the deluxe ac room. Room is spacious and clean. But that is where the positives end. The room service absolutely sucks. You cant even get a cup of coffee after 8.30pm. We were served stale onions n limes accompanying our dinner and when asked for a replacement it was apparently not available. It took 6 hours to get a AC remote. We paid 1400 for the room so it was pretty economic. But all in all, not a good experience for me.

A very good place to be in as a traveller. Totally reasonable and very much satisfied with the level hospitality and there House keeping services...Very prompt in services. Love the place. I would have given them a 5 out of 5 if this place was easily visible from the main road. Otherwise it's a place you can never be dissatisfied with. Cheers to the Management Authority for maintaining such a good decorum

Rooms are big. AC is not working properly. TV channels available only of free of charge from service provider. Service is just OK and service person will keep change without asking if u order anything

Pretty Decent Hotel but be care full about room boys, if you give them money for getting food they will never return your change until asked. Other wise rooms are pretty much decent

Good ambience, good connectivity, well-appointed rooms, prompt service, proximity to city bus stand ,railway station, a number of good dining choices, absence of traffic in the vicinity of the hotel, homely locality, easy access to banks, respectable neighborhood, cost effective, good amenities, nearby metro service et al.

I love this hotel. Friendly staffs. Same feeling like staying in home. Very happy. Nice rooms. Car parking. Car washing. Totally very nice hotel..

Better go for other hotels nearby this one. Staff people are very rude and don't have basic sense about how to treat customers. Proper parking is also not available and it is on owners risk.
