Amber Castle

Good ambience, gud food, I liked milkshakes it was awesome n must try. But no music n staff service is ok. But despite they need to improve a lot cos many menu were missing n we made lot of changes in selecting a dish cost most of the dishes were not available. No computerized bill yet they asked us to pay gst. Staff don't have cooperation amount themselves it seem cos it was too much disturbing quarrel so those who luv to eat at peace must think before visiting. we liked our time at this place but seriously needs improvement in staff service cos they hv gud food.

Best hotel in Hassan Town superb . Clean ,and tidy. Bathroom is well maintained calm n quiet. Breakfast is good. Overall best. Keep it up. Friendly staff,and ready to help. Felt like king. The juice center in the Mezzanine floor is good

I booked the hotel for Helebidu-belur and Sravanbelgola trip for one night and two days. We got a Hibiscus suite . Room was spacious though the bed size can be little more . Hotel was clean. Interior decoration , environment , in-house restaurant we found pleasing. The plus point of staying here is there is a restaurant in the same building ,so if you donot like the food of the Amber castle or want some other variety you can try the hotel Meridian for different type of food . We got also complimentary breakfast plan with our booking . Good thing they donot have any fixed breakfast item for the complimentary plan. You can chose whatever you like. We went for Sandwiches and Puri sabji . Food quality was good. |The whole stay there was really present . With their flexible check in time, nice ambiance the place is really wonderful . I would like to recommend it to my friend and colleagues who are planning for stay at Hassan .

The hotel is nice. I went there with my college mates as a part of an excursion.Rooms are good and clean. But the breakfast food wasn’t.So we had to go in search of another hotel the next day. It was informed to the authorities. I hope they corrected it. Despite of that , good place to stay and is affordable.

Arrived early at around 7:00am, manager offer us a room for 3 in discount price. After a refreshing hot shower, we had a buffet breakfast at 1/F. Rooms clean, friendly and helpful staff, good food. Only one thing to improve is the Air-conditioning, temperature setting too high and make the room a bit hot especially after a long hot day outside. For all, highly recommend to stay at Amber Castle.

I had just one take away food but it was really good. Veg Biryani Hyderabad it was spicy as i asked for it. And it came with a raita. Both really delicious and one meal was enough for too. Thank you for the friendly service.

Neat and tidy rooms. Well mannered staff. Only problem I faced was w.r.t hot water but they took care of it by providing hot water in buckets from the kitchen. The hotel staff are customer centric.

Decent stay and no doubt I can prefer the same again if I visit the town again. Only concern was for the given price space of the room was small and no food options when I stayed have to go myself to get it. Overall it's Good.
