Hotel Premier

I am sharing my review after booking my stay atleast on 4 to 5 occassions but I had enough of this and advise others to take necessary precautions while booking on phone or personal visits. I had called the manager personally for booking the room on 11.07.2025 and he ensured to book it through phone. When I visited on 11.07.2025 he says there is no booking in my name. This is not the first time which is happening to me. Then he insists to offer a room which is of higher price. On weekends I understand but on week days they play this trick. I personally feel that they don't deserve to be in this industry, they lack basic ethics to greet customers. So please be careful if u r planning to stay here.

Very bad hygiene and maintenance Such a bad experience with the stay Not at all maintained There are so many cockroaches in the room here Not just the floor … but on the bed as well !! Not at all suggesting this to anyone ! Atleast the hygiene and maintenance of any stay has to be taken care of

Service is pathetic. Even though they have a in house restaurant They don't ever serve food within time i.e. 10.15 pm. Manager Maruti rane is a puppet of the workers and doesn't know how to deal with customer and worst service ever had in karwar. We had 3 rooms booked for straight 3 days and were having afternoon and night food that too with minimum 3k bill. The reason they give us have limited staff. Boss you cannot expect this same reason daily. I would suggest you better have another hotel for your stay and food. There are multiple options nearby. Atleast they provide better service to the customers.

One of the worst Lodge, Charges are more taken 1600/,rs for AC room TV not working ac not proper... Specially one of the worst Bar and Restaurent... Very very bad Receptionist he charges double

So grateful for our, so called costly room. We paid 1500. The room - see the pictures. I couldn't believe the state of the room. I never saw any cleaning staff. Absolutely yuk.

Horrible service . Cleanliness is missing big time . Location is the only plus factor . The restaurant attached to this - Abhiruchi is good in terms of taste and service . Parking is also not available and you have to rely on street parking . Rooms are outdated. Staff is very rude . He got into argument with us as well. I hope owner takes note of these concerns from customers and take adequate actions .
