Hotel Srinivas vegetarian hotel

The hotel looks good from the outside but I was very disappointed with the overall stay. As the weather wasn't very hot, we opted for a non AC room. After looking at the condition of the room, we immediately switched to an AC room which was marginally better. The sheets and pillowcases have seen better days. There were stains on the duvet cover and on pillow cases. They do not provide hand soap, shampoo in the room, just a small piece of soap! Looks like the first floor rooms have been renovated based on the flooring but did not get a chance to see the room. There is renovation work going on and there is constant drilling and banging going on and continues until about 8 pm. Now for the breakfast, the selections available are normal breakfast items. The best part of stay was the non-kannada speaking staff member in the restaurant. He was very polite and helpful since my wife has a dietary restriction. On the second day, there was a middle-aged local waiter who was very rude and coughing around food. overall, our experience left us very disappointed and would not recommend this place until they make a significant turn around. They may have pivoted their business to paying guests and less interested in short term stays.

Cost 4500 for two days for non ac room. Very worst condition room.bedding ,sheets,everything is very old and damaged.bathroom pipe was leaking all the time.out of 3 charging points only one is working.leg of the coat was loose and they were adjusted it with a piece of wood to make the coat stable. Never suggest srinivas.worst experience. Simply wasted money.This is my experience from srinivas

Room is unhygienic, horrible and terrible hotel, basin sink doesn't work properly, bathroom shower doesn't work, hot water mixer doesn't work, lift is very slow, they show some great picture in online in reality it's very old building and they are restructuring it. Even after asking for better room they give old room which doesn't have even proper lights, door keys, and modern ac, they give old dabba AC full of mosquitos. The food served is like old stock, they don't even know how to make sweet corn soup, paneer butter masala and butter kulcha.

This hotel is just 1km away from Mangalore central railway station Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained, check in check out is flexible if Booked by calling the hotel directly. Food is decent but the price is too high. Parking space available. If you have large luggage they are dropped by the staff into your room. Early morning essentials like soaps and paste are provided by the staff, the rooms also have a kettle. Totally hospitality was good.

Renovated 1st floor rooms are decent and bathrooms are clean. However, the glass shower cubicle is small - just manageable if the person is a little thinner than normal. Disappointing food at their restaurant 😑

The location was at nice location near railway station but the hotel rooms are old and bedbugs were there

It is a centrally located hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Looks like it is renovated recently. Staff are very friendly and greets you with smile. Real value for money. Complimentary breakfast has good enough options and food is very tasty.
