For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, did not meet these expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Where do I even begin? My one-night stay at Royal Fortune on October 5th, 2024, was an absolute disaster. Unprofessional and Predatory Staff: The moment we walked in, the receptionist's behavior was appalling. He not only invaded my personal space by grabbing my phone inappropriately, but then tried to pull a fast one by claiming the room rate was significantly higher than what I booked on Booking.com. Despite showing him my confirmation, he argued aggressively, refusing to listen and essentially forcing me to pay an inflated price. This entire interaction felt predatory and frankly, unsafe. Abysmal Room Conditions: If the staff wasn't bad enough, the room itself was a complete nightmare. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and smelled awful. The AC unit was useless, offering no relief from the heat. Honestly, the room was barely worth 350 rupees a night, let alone the outrageous sum I was forced to pay. A Total Bully: When I tried to reason with the receptionist, he arrogantly dismissed my concerns, claiming the property was his and there was nothing anyone could do, even if I complained. He even went so far as to insult Booking.com, calling it a "useless app." This kind of dismissive and frankly, bullying behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Stay Away! This hotel should be avoided at all costs. The unprofessional staff, abysmal room conditions, and overall hostile atmosphere make it a complete waste of money. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Additional Notes: This experience highlights the importance of using reputable booking platforms and carefully reading reviews before making a reservation. It's also crucial to be prepared to walk away if the staff exhibits unprofessional or predatory behavior. Do not book this hotel by just seeing inthe pics what they have posted.

Never come to this lodge In Google the price was 800rs but when i came here the reseption boy was asking for 1500rs no towels available in the room no hot water I took ac room but ac was working only for 2hrs parking not available. Rude behaviour of the reseption boy please never ever anyone come to this lodge in Mangalore.

Worst experience... never come to this lodge in booking.com the price was 990rs i had booked and came here but he was bargaining for 1500rs the room was not clean no hot water available In the midnight full of mosquito 🦟 No sleep in the night because of the fan sound No parking available we should park in road side

Don't book hotel by seeing the photographs which are available on booking sites. Wastage of money. Cleanliness - 0, Cockroaches and lizards were running around. Water taps are also not fixed at their places(rotating 360). After calling at reception water was coming. Nothing was good.
