It's a decent place to crash, big rooms at reasonable prices in the middle of the city. The staff is very polite and helpful. I was on a solo trip and felt very safe over there. Definitely going there again.

Price is to high Ull get cheaper and good hotels in that line No proper service provided Rooms r stinking Washrooms r not clean Rooms have water leakage problem No proper staff Specially want to speak about - Mr.Abhi ( night receptionist ) very arrogant,no manners to talk

this place has been t same for almost a decade. clean rooms & old charm. what can improve is their travel desk and a new drinking water cooler.

Rooms I got were clean and neat but the corridors were smelling of urine. And no free drinking water provided. Overall a decent stay if other hotels are not available.

Receptionist is unprofessional idiot, he doesn’t have common phone etiquette and not Will to try to connect to the restaurant, even if u gt connected restaurants guy doesn’t know kanada Tulu nd also he is hard of hearing. So all ur time communicating is WASTE OF TIME.most Horrible staff in Mlore.
