The banquet hall is spacious and elegant, ideal for family gatherings and celebrations. A special thanks to Prithvi, who guided us throughout the process and helped us set the perfect menu. The food was absolutely amazing, and we received countless compliments from our guests! The in-house decor team also did a fantastic job — the setup looked stunning and added so much charm to the celebration. A wholehearted 5 star!!!... for the venue, the hospitality of the crew and the Food!!! It's been almost a week we celebrated our baby shower function at Sai Palace, and the appreciation for hosting such a nice function from our near and dear ones never stopped!! The place made this important event of our life truly special and memorable forever. Right from the moment I met Prithvi regarding our function he magically made it so easy for me to set up this function. He helped me to shape my preferences into such a satiating food menu within no time and a beautiful stage decoration at a reasonable cost through one of his contacts! He knows exactly what he is doing and he is the best at his trade!! Overall the place is welcoming, homely and spotless in every aspect may it be the aesthetics or the amenities. Any day I would go back to this place in the future!! Thank you Sai Palace!! Keep it up :)!!

Today we celebrated our son’s first birthday at Sai Palace Banquet Hall, Mangalore. The venue was really good, and I must give special thanks to Mr. Prithvi for all his support and excellent arrangements in making our special day even more memorable. The food was very tasty and the arrangements were very well done. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

We highly recommend Sai Palace Banquet Hall for any family event like a birthday or anniversary. Our recent 10th birthday celebration there was fantastic! I really don't know what to say. The service is very slow. Service sequence is horrible. And the food is average. Masala pappad was the worst and the most tasteless, bland I have ever ate in my life. Ordered starter which came after asking while main course palak was being served with out even the roti around. And the portion again the price is really a just a eyewash. The starter was not even a spoonful for 4 people and the order taker didn't even suggest to take additional quantity. They don't have the knowledge or capacity to run the show. Being a 16 year vetren of hospitality field I can guarantee you that you will get better service even in the most simplistic restaurants of mangalore. Maharajas, Kudla, etc are examples. Out of all the staff the waiter who served us Sanjeet was the only person who showed some hospitality. The manager was no where to be seen after the complaining may be because he feared I would ask discount. By the way paid extra for the wonderfully managed pathetic service.

It truly felt like getting luxury at a great value. Overall, this hotel is an ideal choice for travelers who seek a combination of luxury, diverse dining options, and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning soon!
