Hotel Royal Park

Shabby and smelly room with stained bedsheets and blanket. It appears the room was not cleaned at all after previous occupant. Booked the room by calling the number provided in Google maps the previous night of check-in. Upon arrival the receptionist demanded an extra Rs. 200 cash on top of room rent saying he's entitled to the commission and wanted to charge more if we had arrived by auto despite our direct booking previous night. Avoid this dirty hotel which employs staff with cheap and looting mentality. Pay a slightly better price elsewhere and have a nicer stay instead.

Since the nearby hotels were full, I have taken an AC room for 1 day stay. Service is pathetic. The building is very old and not maintained properly. Even they didn't provide printed bills after so many follow ups. Not at all recommended for family.

Rooms are clean, friendly services.. everything accessible near by… next to bus stop, auto stand and railway station walkable distance.

It is a lodge and not a hotel. Rooms are on top floors and some commercial places in the below floors. Not at all recommend for families. Pathetic service. No remote for AC. Bedsheet is not clean. No setup box for connecting the tv. Reception not reachable. Need to go down to reception for every single issues.

The Royal park is very average, I have triple bed family room.They didn't allow me at 12 PM check-in, Even after booking and full payment done via Goibobo, They gave evening checkin 4 P.M, That too extra cot & bed, that too after multiple phone calls to Goibobo customer care. Service is also not so Good, They will refuse to give water bottle too, even it's included in basic amenties. Strictly No for royal park. Not recommending. Reception lady is rude.

The management has been changed now and very good service provided and the rooms are neat and clean with affordable price in heart of city The location is near railway station and user friendly to visit the city

Budget friendly place and good for a day stay, we had to take this for emergencies. They offer a 24hr checkout, near to many places like central railway station, ideal cafe etc..
