Hotel Brigade Royal

It was a pleasant stay here. The rooms are quite old but decent. It gives a nice view of the city. The breakfast was quite good with four items and a tea/coffee. They provided semige, pulav, iddli and small ambade. You can go to this place for enjoying the nice view of the city amidst an old fashioned hotel.

I booked a room via OYO and it was the best decision I made. The room was very big and spacious with AC, fan and WiFi. The hotel staff also were very friendly. The place was very clean. I just hope the WiFi connectivity in room is improved. There was a restaurant on 1st floor the food of which was amazing.

A neat an clean hotel in the centre of the city. It provides you a really good accommodation at reasonable prices. Rooms are really spacious and washrooms too. Stayed there for 9 days. They have restaurant on the 7th floor that provides room service as well. On first floor you will find a good salon. The name of the salon is Tangled. Besides hotel you can enjoy really awesome shakes and drinks at DRNK LAB.

Worst place ever. I request everyone not to even think of going here. We asked for ac remote because the temperature at which ac was kept was very high and we were feeling hot. They never gave us the ac remote. Secondly, the room is not that good as shown in the picture. Also no staff was helpful there and even our phones were dead we asked for a charger for 10 min they refused to give one. Also we had booked our hotel through oyo room and that costed us 700 rupess but they took 1500 from us. The owner there is really rude and I just hated staying there...please do not go there...i am not even feeling like giving 1 star also

The staff serving food buffet was suffering from bad cold and fever. We asked him to take rest. Guess what, I caught viral after having that breakfast due to which we cut shorted our trip and even after coming back I have wasted my precious four working days so far and don't know the max count till now. |Very bad service. I'm never going to risk like this. |The hotel was looking bad, but we still went on due to our booking. We booked it because of availability of Drivezy bikes, now paying for it. I've never caught such a horrible viral disease since years. It's sad how staff is made to work. |Plus the hotel is no doubt very dirty with dust everywhere. Rooms smell of cigarettes smoke. |Please avoid this hotel.

Hotel staff is quite courteous and supportive. The facilities in the room could be improved further and atleast washroom can be made better. Provide dustbin, slippers, clean towels, toiletry kit, clean bedsheets, working lift 24x7, breakfast availability.

Really good room with cusionable beds and big and clean toilet. Non AC charges 1300 for 24 hours it's really good option here. It's situated very near to St.Aloysius college and they treat very well. They do have hotel at down stairs and good parking space. Room is really big and feels comfort.

Over priced stay at mangalore. Hotel rooms are not so great. For double room they are providing separate beds. Bathroom and bathroom fittings are broken. They give you complementary breakfast but dot eat it. That would ruins your whole day. I personally ever had worst bread butter jam like this. Wifi coverage is not enough in the rooms. You wont get hot water after 11 AM. Unprofessional employees and service.
