OYO 18976 Mascot Inn

They didnt give the booked room. I booked deluxe room for 4 adults, and when i reached the property they sold it out. Stayed at room #103. Toilet flush was not working. Wash basin in the bathroom was leaking. no lock for the bathroom Bed spring was broken and middle of the bed was completely down and not able lay properly.They even charged more for this room. I was travelling with ladies and kids and the stay here was a disaster

An average place, i dare say. I had booked a room on oyo, on offer, but when i reached there they told me there was no such booking and I had to pay double the amount. Luckily the oyo customer care dealt with it and I was given my room. The room was average for the price. Had A/C, acceptable toilets and a good bed. The TV didnt work tho. Fine. But the staff was rude, arrogant and didn't show an ounce of professionalism.

Pathetic experience, never book this hotel. I booked through OYO and my accommodation was prepaid. I traveled around 20 hours and came for check-in at 1.30AM, the staff denied my check-in saying the room was damaged due to rain. Initially they offered a non-ac room against my ac room booking, and once they got to know that my room was prepaid through OYO, they gave a lie on room damage. I strongly believe that Mascot inn is not interested in an alliance with OYO. I called OYO and they were not able to transfer me to another hotel in the locality, and offered to refund my booking amount. After 1.5hrs of headache I was forced to find another room paying double the amount I initially paid. My sincere advice to all - never book this hotel through OYO.

It's the worst hotel ever. Never book. Highly indecent and unprofessional staff who have no manners or understanding of how to deal with customers. It there was a chance to give black stars I would rate it 5/5. They do not give the room you have booked rather will charge same but tell you to settle for a non Ac room for the same amount that they charge for air conditioned room. It's highly not recommended to go for this hotel specially if you book via oyo app.

Very poor, I don't know why oyo deal with such hotels. I would blame oyo for it's poor service and having known the cause could not try to resolve my issue. I would definitely go into public regarding the issue. I've booked the room 2days in advance having the confirmation from oyo customer care executive for early check in and was ready to pay the extra amount that they charge. After reaching there it was so messy that I ended booking another hotel for the time gap of six hours(6am-12pm). I reached mascot inn @12pm again to check in as I've paid the amount. It was not expected from oyo that they didn't provide me any room thereafter too. I'll take the issue to the court as my career and time both got affected.

Very bad services they are doing ,guys don't prefer this at all ,rate is low as well as the service. If you are coming for checked in nights through online booking they will deny your room to stay, there are no nearest hotels with in 1 km so you can't shift hotel as you think ,an important thing that if there were rain the room will be full of water and waste as the receptionist told.so guys be careful while booking your stay.Happy journey .

For a single person who's staying this place is perfect, however I didn't feel like that wen I was out there with my family... They definitely helped us in parking in the narrow streets and the rooms were comfortable but didn't feel the hospitality from the staff... But overall the place is good and located at an advantageous spot

Such overpriced hotel. The condition of the room allotted to us was pathetic. The bathroom looked haunted. The paint on the walls peeling away. The mirror hung 35degrees north-east. Totally haunted. And the charges never matched the experience. Horror is what I could say.
