NillRecently, I had the displeasure of staying at this centrally located hotel, a reservation made through Agoda for a three-day stay that set me back approximately 4500. However, the stark contrast between the advertised images and the actual experience left a bitter taste. Upon entering the room, it became evident that the space was a mere shadow of what had been portrayed in the misleading photos on Agoda. The room was cramped, giving off a sense of confinement that contradicted the spaciousness promised. The disappointment didn't end there – the blankets provided were not only old but also visibly dirty, and the washrooms fell below the standard one would expect. Despite the room being supposedly cleaned, the worn-out blankets remained unchanged, leaving me questioning the hotel's commitment to basic hygiene standards. To add to the frustration, the option to order food from the hotel room turned out to be more of a hassle than a convenience. While the collaboration with a restaurant seemed promising, the food's subpar packaging left much to be desired. Even the window curtains contributed to the overall sense of neglect, appearing as if they belonged to a bygone era. In reflection, the entire experience has left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied. The discrepancy between the showcased offerings and the actual conditions paints a picture of a hotel that falls short on both transparency and quality. A cautionary note to those considering a stay – manage your expectations cautiously if you choose to book a room here.

NillTerrible experience. The receptionist has least knowledge on hospitality and does not even know how to handle his customers. After waiting for 1 hr in the reception, made us to wait, we hear from him that there is no booking on our name. We didnot even check the rooms but could guess it would be worse too. We moved out if the hotel for our good. And would like every one to avoid booking here when u r in Mangalore. OYO has the worst service in booking. We didn't it get the refund amount used by them online. Avoid this shady hotel for your own good.

NillThe worst nightmare of our life with hotels. I would not recommend this particular hotel for anybody in any time of the year. The receptionist, in his late 40s, doesnot even know the how to attend his customers. Unprofessional, illogical and annoyingly funny in his approach. We booked our hotel through OYO online, and also got it confirmed by the same receptionist( number was given by the OYO people, as we could not get the confirmation message if our booking). Upon arrival ( after a tiring 9 hrs of our journey) we were made to wait 30 minutes before the last straw of our patience broke. He says there was no room booked under our name. We kind of got some sense that this booking could not be done. The number given online when you search this particular hotel, would only have OYO customer care number only. After a fight over their ilogical argument ( like they didi not receive any call from us etc) we moved out of the hotel for good. We decided to go for a decent, little expensive hotel than this shady, creepy place. Please please avoid this hotel for your peaceful stay in Mangalore. PS. : despite calling OYO back, there was no response from them. We had paid 128/- online as booking amount online. No refund, nothing. OYO you have the worst management in handling booking and complaints.

NillWorst room 🤬🤬i hade in my entire life. I booked 1 room with AC/wifie/ in oyo app And you go to room there was no AC present in room and no wifie in room . And Pillows and bed sheets they using i think 50year old. And the staff and manager are very rude and they talking like rowdys to attak the customer. Pls dont book this stupid hotle. There was many hotles providing same rate and gud experience dont book this hotle

NillTerrible experience .. I booked this hotel from OYO they mentioned it was couple friendly.. but when we went there told us it wasn't couple friendly and they question me and my friend ig we guys and girls stay seperate... The hotel Staff were very arrogant and were staring at us and made us uncomfortable. the hotel was also having some pungent smell. DO NOT BOOK THS HOTEL THROUGH OYO OR OTHER PLATFORMS.

NillDon't go this hotel This is totally fake pic's on Google Map Like the photo of hotel rooms all editing pics 10% भी नहीं है सब fake pic's है Bed sheets and pillow covers 30 to 50 years old Bath towels are completely dirty Room's is not clean there is hair and soil everywhere. This hotel is not safe for couple Hotel manager does not know how to talk If you say something, he fights and knows how to kill. I request all couple's and family Don't go this hotel

NillI travelled almost whole India as of now but this was the worst hotel, had 2 rooms, early checked in & paid cash 350rs.later in night when we came back they gave only one room and asked to wait for another one. After a bit of fight we got another room, AC wasn't working in one room, there was no remote for AC in another, no door to cupboards, cockroach there and there, almost no room service as for making up above mentioned defaults i had to call thrice and then person came with mortien mosquito killer for cockroaches. Completely waste of money
