Hotel Karuna Residency

I have stayed here for a day . Rooms and Washrooms are very clean. Personally I haven't tried their attached Small Restaurant to comment. Hope lift is of very old model. Parking space is bit challenging but they have got security who don't know local languages and we need to understand what he says ourselves being in 3 star hotel ( Personally I can say it's not of a class 3 star) . I'm really not satisfied with Staff behavior felt they are bit rude and arrogant with customers for the said class of hotels. And it's not my first stay with these class of hotels where I have seen more beautiful hospitality by staff. Location is at heart of the city, you can find it easily. Recommended to train the staff regards how to behave with customers here for long term run.

Decent stay. Neat rooms. This is in the prime and busy market area with many of the major shops and malls nearby. The biggest problem is parking with a hotel boasting of 67 rooms. You have to go through narrow lane and only 2 cars can be parked. Many valets are there to park car in cellar, which i was not okay with. Numerous eating out options are available nearby. Complimentary breakfast is offered from a very average hotel in the same complex and you have to go there to have it. Stay was good but was not happy with the parking and breakfast experience.

The complimentary breakfast is not complimentary for everyone. They say we have to opt for it online. If so how does it become complimentary ? They denied breakfast for my colleague because he paid lesser tariff. I wonder how its complimentary !

Absolutely beautiful rooms, well cleaned and maintained, in an amazing location, city center, decent pricing and well behaved staff, worth your stay. Two suggestions to management: 1. Change the lift to a modern one 2. Complementary Breakfast can improve if possible.

Staff is very cordial :-) Clean rooms Please take care of the waste handling and pest control. Few German Cockroach in the room. Had mentioned it to the reception. Also, please accommodate 24hrs check-in. Most ppl travel overnight for functions / events.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Mangalore, within walking distance of the central railway station. A large shopping mall is just nearby. The hotel offers basic amenities and you'll find plenty of good restaurants, shops, and even a liquor store right next door. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when we arrived late at night.

Good place to stay with family. It's in the city centre, accessible to restaurants, shopping malls etc. rooms were clean and neat. Service is very good. Recommended place to stay with family if visiting Mangalore.

Would starr from Rooms which are very spacious and clean Service was very good receptionist always smiling and welcoming Location - as you come out just opposite to Mahaganpati temple , Venkataraman Temple happening place From road to the left there bus every 20 seconds to visit to all special attractions of manglore bus fair (Rs. 25 max per person ) Bus to Udupi (Rs. 95 per person ) To the right there is city centre where you can visit McDonald's Just opposite special food corner Ideal cafe must visit
