Found 2 to 3 cockroaches in bathroom Toilets were not clean. Ac was noisy and bed rols were not clean either

Very bad experience. It was the cockroach who welcomed us . AC not working,Noisy fan. Unhygienic bathroom, Itchy bed. All in all very bad experience................

First off, they market themselves as OYO, but have no OYO board. Upon reaching the reception and showing the online reservation of OYO, he still wasn't interested in entertaining the booking at the online price. After much persistence, he agreed but charged 400 bucks for early check in at 9:45am when OYO has free check-in from 10am. Secondly, this is blatant false advertising. The pictures of the building face on Maps are not even the pictures of the actual hotel. In fact, this is a different hotel altogether. Even the name of the hotel is not the same as in OYO website. Even maps states this as OYO 23083 Hotel Hindustan Delux. However, the true name of this hotel is Hotel Hindustan Lodging and Boarding. OYO also allows payment during checkout, but they refused us a room without paying. The actual hotel is down a steep ramp into a slightly rundown place. It's not a hotel as they don't have room service. It's more of a lodging. It has parking but that too is a bit rundown. Their key broke while I was turning the lock of.the room. They charged me 200 bucks for that, as if it was my fault that their old key broke. The ACs don't work well, and they don't have power backup, so first night the power went of thrice. The only good thing was the staff, although wanting to extract every penny from us, were somewhat helpful. In brief, you can stay here if you are on a very tight budget, but even then, it's not value for money. Don't go by the pictures, they don't represent the hotel in today's conditions.

Would rate this hotel a minus 100. Total regret staying at this hotel. First of all they said they don't accept OYO bookings even though they are listed on it. Booked a non-A/C room for Rs 650 per day which was a huge nightmare. I found a cockroach who was already staying in the room while checking in. Unfurnished bathroom. Hot water is available only in the morning. Itchy beds which caused me skin allergies. No lock for the cupboard. Beds didn't look very appealing. TV remote was not working. Overall a whole bunch for regret and pain staying here.

Pathetic. Most of the things did not function in the rooms. No tap water, no hot water, no regulator for fans, no room service, no TV, no hand faucet in toilet, no cooling in the AC. We complained to the management but no actions. The person at the reception was rude and indifferent. What was expected to be a pleasant experience turned into pain and struggle. Worse is there are visible gaps between rooms at the window side so we can clarly hear what the other person was talking in the neighbouring rooms, definitely a big no for couples. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

If there is a minus star I would have given that. Such a bad experience. Please close down this place, such a pathetic place. Washroom wasn't clean, one water tap was leaking through out the night. Nobody picks your call in reception, twice I had to visit the reception to complain about the water leakage. AC was not working. Infact nothing was working properly. Very but service. I was denied booking in the first place as I have paid it via Oyo App, and I had to pay it again in the hotel. Very bad experience. Oyo should remove these type of place from the list, or may be blacklist.

I had booked the room online and when reached I was asked to pay extra. The room had a bad odor. TV remote didn't work. Cockroaches everywhere in the washroom. Ants and flies every where in the room. Water looked very dirty. The worst one night stay i have ever had in entire life. Not worth to stay even when they let you stay for free.

Location was excellent, Price is less.|very poor lighting, room has small single tube light. you cannot read any thing.|no night lamps. very poor lighting in pathways also.|you will get warm water after 7: 30 only. your time will be wasted. |No telephone, even cockroaches in the bed.|only positive thing is location and price.
