Richmond Inn and Suites

Recently opened. Very good space and location also. No one is answering the phone for booking. After check in everything is hadled by security omly. No other service team. No floor mat inside the room there is no front office or service No mentioned on the phone. Need lot of improvement in services.

Brand new hotel but already feeling service deficiencies. Staff informed us early check (12pm vs 2pm) in is chargeable at ₹1000 despite hotel being empty which they were discussing (not discreetly) among themselves. Toilet seat was unclean. No staff was to be found in the morning- no reception no security. It’s understandable that since it’s brand new there are operational matters to be ironed out but there seems to be an overall lack of concern from staff and management.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were comfortable. I truly had a wonderful experience.
