It's just like you rent out a single bedroom house for yourselves, it's neat and clean with some cons such as flush had some problem otherwise it was really cosy property to book for a stay or week.

Rooms are spacious and very good ambience, but property owner should clean the room everyday or atleast before giving it to new customer. room was smelly, sofa was not cleaned for a while. Customer interface could be somemore friendly..

Let's see ..... rooms are old and not hygienic. The rooms, the corridors and the covers smell funky. Toilet seats are delicate and can break any minute. There are insects particularly cockroaches in bathrooms and the pantry. The room occupants here can't sleep because the music from the nightclub on the ground floor is just too loud. Staff esp supervisors are moody and very unpleasant at times. Prices are lesser and you get what you pay for. The location is on the Manipal-Perampalli road.

It was a pleasant stay and worth every penny. Room where near and clean . Near by railway station (10min drive) from Udupi. Room service also excellent

Awesome view, comfortable stay, friendly staff, great service. You can order in food from the pub and restaurant downstairs. Food was great.

The only thing that might bother some people (I didn't really mind it) is the music that plays in the club till it closes late at night. Also, no enclosed parking, open/outside parking.

This is a best option for a family stay. This place comes with and extended kitchen with basic utensils and a gas stove. It is conveniently located closer to DC office , Manipal Hospital and Manipal university. Place is calm and serene. You can watch sunset over the Arabian sea from the balcony. Food can be ordered or cooked. Good restaurants are at least 500 meters away. Resto bar next to it is always full and might not be a good option to dineout. Rooms are spacious, living room is cozy with sofa and a great view. AC works fine and you have a working fridge for yourself. Overall a 3 star property.
