Would have loved to give a rating below zero. But can't. -rude overall - no wifi - no bottled drinking water - broken closets From the instant you set foot, you can see that there is no customer service. The reception is extremely rude and takes it on themselves to make it an unpleasant experience.

Located near KSRTC bus depot Bannimantap.If you have work near Banninantap or JSS college Alosious college this is the best hotel to book.You will get loads of hotel and bakery near by.All facilities like hot water was provided.

Pleasant experience at hotel however few things need attention. Drinking water should be provided in the room before asked for it & better to give mineral water bottle during check in. The toilet seat in the bathroom(Room #205) is broken & not in a good condition hence the same needs to be replaced by the hotel management at the earliest. Rest all is fine.

I stayed here with my family during visit to Mysuru and the service was superb and they made great arrangement for staying though the rooms were not in use for several days and as a result there were lot of cockroaches roaming in the rooms. Not going there again. ♿️ This place has: Yes=Ramp access. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Entrance. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Restroom/Toilet. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Seating. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Parking. Yes=A wheelchair-accessible Elevator.

Best hotel in this area at very less price. Hotel location is very remote place. And in this area you get many good good restaurant and food option at less price. Washroom of this hotel is very clean and staff are very responsive. I am very happy to stay here. If i go next time mysuru i will book this hotel only. Because if you pay lots of money for hotel it also may be good may be not but it is good.

We booked this hotel for one night stay on recommendation of a local office colleague. The tariff is good value for money and is located in the heart of the city. My office people recommends this hotel to colleagues who visit Mysore and hence we got a discount of 10% on the tariff too. We could visit most of the tourist attaractions like Chamundi mandir Shakti peetha, Mysore palace, zoo, which are close by to this hotel and could come back in the afternoon to rest for a while.||||The room is compact but has all basic amenities in place including colour TV which worked well picture quality good (normally budget hotels compromise on this fine things) and my son could watch cricket - some match going on and he choose to stay at the hotel for the same when we went out for shopping - obviously he was happy. The linen is clean and bath room clean with hot water facilities. No complaints during our stay. We travelled from Mysore to Bangalore by Shatabdi - It is too close to railway station only 20 minutes away.||||The hotel does not have a restaurant when we visited in May, 2014, but I will not consider it as disadvantage. The staff took order and brought food from near by restaurants - so it is as good as room serviceas service is not delayed. We will choose to stay here in our next visit too and I recommednd this place.

Rooms were good and the morning staff was very good but the night staff was usless and not at all helpful i suggest to book the room online because it is at low cost but once if you tell them that you are booking it online they will book all the romms so that you won't book it online . Rest very thing was good
