Rooms were comfortable, but was not so clean. Had plumbing issue while i stayed but they fixed it quickly and place is so close to railway station.

The staff did rowdyism cheated on booking after payment . Did not return money or change room All reviews are fake by giving money to customers to put reviews Gave worst rooms AC not working. Beds full off bed bugs Did not change to good rooms .. don't make payment they will do rowdyism and cheat I booked another hotel and shifted

It was very nice, two closets in one bathroom face to face.. Wonderful experience seeing these kind of bathroom in my life time.. The food we ordered from the hotel was just superb especially roti and chicken Curry.. Chicken was 99%raw and we chewed on the nan for the entire 2 day trip. Toiletries were so plentiful, we had 7 moisturing soaps with the smell of bar soap and not one toothpaste.The gentle man at the reception was very interactive.... , helpful,and picked up our calls all the time................

Worst experience. As we wanted to checkin by 11:00PM, wedidn't wanted to face any problem while booking hotel so we contacted the property owner. He said to book online and come. After reaching there he has not sticked to his word saying only 12PM - 12PM booking allowed. Executive was not at all friendly and very rude. These people talk nicely to taking bookings and then fireback. Worst experience. Never recommend. Waste of Money.

room is good with all basic amenities and room service also good but only drawback for this property is supervisor pasha man with cunning nature,pls avoid this hotel if you find supervisor pasha in this property,his way of talking with guest is not good he is not fit to hospitality field worst person in good property

It was a good hotel clean room, bedsheets were clean and also it had TV and WiFi. There were few cons though like it was missing some Hindi channels on TV and the offline rate was 3 times lower than what i had booked, but I had booked it in Christmas time. Phone was not working i had to go down everytime i needed something, they didn't had their own restaurant and there was no breakfast menu to order in the menu given. Its in a very good location to stay, near to bus stop and mysore palace.

A common man doesn't require nice decoration with all furnished things Things required 1. Clean bedsheet 2. Clean bathroom with proper water supply and drainage. 3. A good Attitude person What I faced When I called for the first time 2500 was mentioned (Non AC) Later called for booking 3200 was mentioned (non AC) No proper details, whatever he thinks says that. Bedsheets were dirty when occupied.. informed that time it was replaced. Water supply and drainage was too slow. Informed on the next day morning regarding the same. what an attitude the cheapest I have ever seen.. like they have only hotels and no one can compete them in Mysuru. 😂😂 One attender told we will get checked with plumber and other one told to vacate the room. We have planned to stay here for 2 days. Next day we have vacated by paying 3000. This room is all for show.. u people better display the room near Mysuru Palace and earn the money. The room was good. Toilet was clean. Well maintained. Hotel is centrally located with main market plus bus stand close by. The Manager Mr. Riya Pasha was very helpful. He allowed me to stay a little longer after check out time. Both staffs were helpful.I recommend tourists to stay here❤️
