Hotel Vyshak Residency

The price for two bed room charged me Rs. 2,500. After checking in, I checked online price and it rated at Rs. 2,024. On top of that, the room has no towel, no soap, no kettle, no wifi and no tissue paper. The bed has dried rice stuck on the sheet, which means they didn’t change the sheet from previous booking. There is no sheet in between blanket and bed sheet. With all these when cancel my third day, I got only 50% of my last day. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Location and rooms are good, service is very bad. If you want to use just as resting then it's good

The hotel was ok ok. The manager and staff were good. Hotel rooms are average. The lift is too slow and old. The room was clean and had a TV, Hot water, AC, good bed. We have paid 2500 for 3 people for 24 hours. Check-out time is 24 hours of check-in time. The outside view is not good. Wifi was not working. We have said to staff also but it was showing no internet. Bathroom was not too good. Shower was broken and tap is also not working properly. Disclaimer: Don't use hotel inside restaurant the food was very bad and all packed items are charged more then MRP price.

The rooms were not clean, when inquired the staff started to argue and top of that told us that we made the room dirty. On linning n flooring hairs were they. Ac was not working. Thanks to the universe the weather was cold. There is a restaurant down, taste is normal but to serve they take more than 20 minutes, even a normal milk tea was served after 15 minutes.

Okay place to stay for few days. Don’t expect any amenities except the room. Spacious enough for the family and the bed can accommodate two adults and one kid comfortably; even three adults can squeeze in. Do not go for extra bed; instead go for an extra room. The extra mattress are lying down in the walkway and not well maintained. The receptionists don’t know what is customer service. Quite rude when asked if have to check out at 12 or the time checked in. One weird thing though in the room we stayed; the fan was near the foot of the bed not in the middle or the top of the bed.

Manager! The manager of this hotel is very rude and he has got so much of ego idk for what…had very bad experience at this hotel…(the manager’s name is Nagaraj note that). he made us wait for so long for checkin and also he talked very rudely while we were checking out. First he gave the room very late and at the end he got so rude and asked us to checkout and in reality we were just crosschecking if anything has been left but he didn’t let us to that properly which is why i asked him my jacket is in the room plz let me take it.. and ‘he just didnt let me take my jacket back’.

Very bad experience on the hotel. Hot water not available. They will say hot water available between 5.30-1.00 clock. However , the water is never hot. No drinking water available through room service. Calling several times will give no reply from reception desk. Tv remote doesn't work. After complaining, room service would come and swap batteries and show like it works, but after two button press it won't work again. They won't let you to pay during checkout. You will have to pay all amount before check in. Booking through oyo will make hotel staff angry on you. Because oyo takes some money from them and they dont like it. Food is not upto Quality. After 9.30am complimentary breakfast is two idlies only. Before 9.00 you will get two idly, one vada and pineapple pudding. ( Pudding tastes good ). Life takes atleast 1 minute to close the door after you press the destination floor. Extra mattress cost is 400. Flush In toilet stops working at many times. I don't find an appropriate infrastructure cleanliness. Cups ,water jugs are not clean enough.
