Location is the plus point...everything is accessible easily. Rooms were well maintained and tidy. Staff was polite and easy to talk to. You may find the food expensive in regards to value for money, but there are good places to eat at walking distance.

We recently stayed here drawn by its proximity to Mysore Palace, but our experience was mixed. While the location was excellent and the atmosphere cozy, the hotel fell short on essentials. The parking situation was inconvenient, and alarmingly, the bed sheets were stained and torn - a basic cleanliness standard that was not met. Despite its ideal location, the hotel needs significant improvements.

This place barely meets even a 2-star rating. There's no restaurant directly attached to the hotel; instead, it's connected to Sandesh Prince. Basic amenities like clean towels, a dental kit, and bathroom slippers were not provided, and the bed sheets and pillows were dirty. Additionally, the bathroom lacked proper drainage, making it inconvenient. Overall, it’s more suitable to be considered a lodge than a hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite convenient with its location. The rooms were clean, spacious and reasonably priced, though there were some issues with the pillows and sheets which had stains. However, the staff promptly addressed these concerns by providing fresh linens as soon as we informed them. The service was generally good, and we were able to request an iron without any hassle. My main issue was with the WiFi. We had to request the WiFi configuration details and once set up, the connection was disappointingly slow-much slower than mobile data. Overall, despite these few drawbacks, my stay was positive.

Good location and good housekeeping. Our standard room had a tiny window, but spacious room. Not sure that the sheets were washed after the last guest left.

I really had a bad experience with this hotel, there is no proper facilities of anything that they have mentioned. I went for a work and there was no wifi facility, i called many times to come and check the connection. They keep telling they will send person to check but they never sent anyone. I ordered a cup of rice and rasam and they costed it 578. Being in Karnataka, costing so much for rice and rasam doesn’t make sense. In the menue they mentioned rasam price 150 but in bill they costed 200 and the cost of rice was not mentioned in the menu but in the bill they had put 350 rupees. Also while cleaning the room they did not even ask what to be cleaned what to be not. It’s really waste of money staying in such hotels. I would not refer anyone.

Perfect location, perfect room service, and perfect breakfast fare. On top of that it was pocket friendly too. Hotel service staff were kind and helpful. Helped us with shopping suggestions and places to visit. The breakfast fare was the icing on the cake. Grand spread and delicious to boot.

The room service is horrible.Think twice before before.Room is stinking , and the bedsheets are not clean and smelling... We complained more than 4 times, but it took more than an hr to change. AC were not working properly.Overall, it was a pathetic experience.. The pic was the evidence of the extra bed.Cracky sound of the cot was even more annoying .
