Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I recently had the pleasure of staying at Treebo Hotel, and I must say, it was an enchanting experience that exceeded all my expectations. Nestled amidst the serene embrace of nature, this hotel offered a unique and refreshing retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the courteous staff who made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The lobby exuded a warm and inviting ambiance, adorned with beautiful decor that showcased the local culture. It was evident that the hotel management pays great attention to detail, as everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The room I stayed in was nothing short of a tranquil oasis. The cozy and comfortable bed, along with the soothing color scheme, provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The room was equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar. The en-suite bathroom was sparkling clean, and the complimentary toiletries added a thoughtful touch to the overall experience. One of the highlights of this hotel was its beautiful surroundings. I stayed for about one day here with family and the hotel was really not upto mark. It was pricey because of the long weekend. I made payment on treebo website, they didn't have the info on the payment. Lift didn't work most of the times. Room was not very clean, had dust. No Hindi or English channel on cable. Room was not ready had to ask for each item multiple times such as toiletries, remote, mosquito machine. 1 small water bottle. Cash payment for additional water. Lobby and front area was very very dusty. The hotel didn't have ironing facilities. Could not arrange iron too. Restaurant downstairs was full of mosquitos, minimal and mess kind of ambience, basic breakfast. Not a good experience. No wifi signal on rooms.

"I recently stayed here with family, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff and the food was good, making me feel right at home. The room was neat and clean with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Room is spacious. Good food & nice ambiance. But little compact. Swimming pool side pub aqua is nice palace. Live performance is one of the attractions

I am writing this review for pride hotel mysore while staying in another treebo trend hotel in coorg.these are the list of lacunae in treebo trend pride when compared to treebo trend in coorg: 1.huge different in reception/hospitality: coorg hotel is way better.we personally felt Pride hotel staff neglected or looked down towards us!!!there is literally no prior information of services until we ask them. Otherwise they will not inform us at pride hotel!! 2. Amenities difference: hot water supply was poor i.e we need to waste 2-3 buckets of water to get Luke warm water in pride hotel and waiting time was more when compared to our current experience in coorg hotel where we are getting instant hot water in tap within minutes. 3. Not even single chair provided at pride hotel but here in treebo hotel coorg we have one desk chair and 2 sofa chairs, one small table, bigger cupboard with godrej safety locker, one small kenstar refrigerator. 4.the electronic card locking system was irritating at pride hotel because whenever we use to go outside trip in mysore and comeback and use it (our allotted room in 2nd floor) it doesn't use to work and we need to personally call reception every time (3 times) because intercom is inside the locked room and had to approach the reception again in ground floor!!!! (Via a lift which has a problem in door closing: delayed/malfunction) 6.as we have already complained about restaurant staff and the quality of complimentary tiffin and their service, for which you have refunded ₹600.... But on complaining the same on reception, these are the words of receptionist: " if this restaurant was our own we could have provided good quality food but this is given for rent. Sir you ask the restaurant head about the quality and later call me I'll come and scold him". What is the need of saying all the above things if they can't have a good quality food and well behaved staff in restaurant. We feel it's the pride hotels responsibility to look after this issue. We had a really bad vibe/experience mentally with all the above experiences at pride hotel mysore, had lack of sleep on last day, woke up early in the morning and left the place(checkout) early morning 6AM on 25/10/23 and moved onto coorg. Finally what we sensed is pride hotel people were behaving nicely towards us outside but intoto they where looking us down/neglecting....and when coming for value for money : it's double charge of ₹18k for 3 night stay at pride hotel but now as we compare to treebo coorg hotel which charged ₹11.5k for 3 nights and keeping in mind all the above mentioned experiences at pride hotel mysore we strongly feel it's totally unfair on part of pride hotel management in treating us the way they shouldn't!!!!!

Worst hotel i have ever stayed. The service is so poor that they dint give water even after asking multiple types. The sheets were so dirty, the reception and floor is like pathetic with no one cleaning it. Please avoid this place. They don't give you soap also. The reception guy the manager all are rude and they don't care. Avoid this place it is very cheap and dirty

I‘m commenting only the restaurant in the entrance to the hotel. Food is OK, variety fine, staff friendly. Mindfulness and care for running a restaurant is lacking: food is spicy despite having ordered and been promised mild food, bathroom stinks from urine, more items than ordered and delivered appeared on the bill, airconditioning condensed water is dripping on the clients, … There are enough other options in Mysore.
