Harsha The Fern - An Ecotel Hotel, Shivamogga

A place worth a stay. Not only do they have free extra beds, but they also had fast room service. The swimming pool is well maintained. The buffet is good but less varieties compared to other similar level hotels. Taste wise food was average. The food price is almost double inside, compared to city dining cost. However, the bar ambiance is awesome. TVs do not have any running channels, and we had to ask for it. Overall, it is value for money !

I recently stayed at this hotel for a friend's party. Despite being a 4-star hotel, the service was really disappointing. The staff were not responsive, and during breakfast, they didn't even bother to clean the tables. Every time, we had to ask them to clear the plates. The common bathrooms were in a terrible condition – even theater bathrooms are better than this! Considering the high prices, they should ensure cleanliness and upkeep. In one of the rooms we stayed in, a chair had a broken wheel. It honestly made us wonder if we were staying in a 4-star hotel or just an ordinary one.

Room maintainance not good. The door lock system was horrible. I think management is not concerned about safety of guests and their belongings. Dinner was horrible. Breakfast was good. We had excellent services at The Fern at Aurangabad. Needs lot of improvement.

Kattar guys superfast and room cleaning in five minite done. Harsha the fern hotel so beautiful. Superfast stay, most comfortable, nice swimming pool and very helpful staff. Food is good. Room are so neat and perfect cleaning. Housekeeping staff very humble. Specially mention kattar guys excellent cleaning

Amazing service, kattar Ahmed in housekeeping team is really professional cleanerand friendly. Always available at on call .food is good. Satisfied with my overall experience. He is great employees to harsha Fern. You can go for bigness as well is pretty good.|I proud this hotel.thanks kattar👍

The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, with a limited selection of options to choose from. I would highly recommend dining at the hotel’s restaurant during your stay. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very helpful supportive staff very happy with their service Joshi from housekeeping was very sincere and cleaned my room well. Good experience will visit again for sure. Food was decent and overall a good experience with the family……
