Stayed there for 3 days for attending training. Location is very close to Kannur Railway station. The place was recommended by my friend. The room greets with you a strong smell, not repulsive, but ascertain it's presence. Amenities like Kettle, chai n coffee sachets are available. Hot water available. The great thing to savour is the complementary breakfast they provide. 3 course meal is served for breakfast which delivers enough calories for a day.

When we went to the resturant there was poor service. We have placed order for parota and kadai veg after 45minutes the provided us kadai chicken and parota instead of veg dish.On intimation the response was not encouraging and asked us to wait for another 20minites. It is also informed us that their mistake was due to clerical error

A good 3 star hotel. Rooms are good, well sized with basic amenities - AC, electric kettle with tea/coffee pouches, TV, Telephone, toiletry kit all present. Staff were polite, eager to help. Breakfast (complementary) spread was good. Restaurant was also serving tasty dishes for lunch and dinner. Excellent location near railway station.

Worst food ever. Chef seems not to know the concept of spoiled food. Ordered Paneer 65 and the paneer wast stale and sour. There was some function there and the waiters were busy serving others and had to wait 10 minutes for the bill alone. Previously had really good experience from their restaurant and staff but now it has fallen deep. Didn't bother to raise the issue as we had limited time to spare. Never going to visit again.
