Ginger Trivandrum

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotels and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms are good and budget-friendly, with decent amenities for the price. The staff were polite and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The room was well-equipped with a TV, AC, and both hot and normal water for bathing. They also provided an electric kettle along with tea bags, coffee powder, sugar, and milk powder, a nice touch. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. That said, the food pricing felt quite steep, a cup of tea costing ₹90 seems excessive for a budget hotel. Also, while there is ample parking space, the lack of a shaded area is a bit disappointing, especially for a reputed hotel like this. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for comfort on a budget, but food and a few minor improvements could make the experience even better.

Had a decent stay at Ginger Trivandrum. The hotel is well-located and suitable for short business visits. Rooms were clean and had the necessary amenities, but they felt a little congested, especially for two people. Service was good overall. A special mention to Amir from room service—he was polite and prompt in attending to our needs, which added to the comfort of our stay. The food options were okay, though there’s some room for improvement in variety. Despite minor issues, the stay was pleasant and value for money. Would consider staying again during future visits to Trivandrum.

A nice place to stay and rewind. Located on the highway, the hotel is away from the city hustle. 12-15 km from the airport, railway station and the bus stand, it can be a challenge to find appropriate conveyance. Breakfast is nice with a variety of different cuisines. Only one person is available at the front desk which is not ideal and can cause clogging. Multiple calls need to be made for room service. Service can be improved and made more prompt.

Me and my husband had a short stay in Ginger Hotel,Trivandrum. The staff behaviour was excellent, and we would love to visit again. We were highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms.Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, modern amenities and safe and secure environment were the best parts. Food was delicious and restaurant set up was nice..... I am happy to recommend the hotel for my friends and relatives. We feel a money worth stay over Ginger Hotels.

This review is mainly for the restaurant. Our group from Singapore stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, and truly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Amir provided good and fast service.

The room service was very good, and the food was great. They offer a buffet, but if you prefer something specific, they’ll gladly prepare it fresh for you upon request. Special thanks to the staff for their hospitality.

Loved the food. Especially the pancakes. The hotel staff are nice and they always have a smile on their face. However The rooms are a little small and the wardrobe has barely any privacy. Overall this hotel was good but I would not recommend it for big families. This is because my parents could not sleep because the beds were to small. Minor issues but great overall!

Ginger Hotel, Trivandrum with its beautiful location, away from the city hustle is an epitome of Elegance..Elegant decor, beautiful ambience and furnishings offered a superb and memorable welcome from start to finish during our stay in the hotel.. Service at the hotel is up to the mark and would like to laud the wonderful staff for their exceptional professionalism and warmth.|We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful amenities, including a variety of dining options, especially the scrumptious breakfast...our sincere gratitude and deep appreciation for Mr. Vishnu Vijayan(who made us feel so special during our entire stay) , and all the other staff members for their wonderful hospitality...we would also like to extend our sincere thanks to other support staff for being so generous and helpful....Thank you once again for the wonderful hospitality🙏🙏
