I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sreenivas for a day in a four-bedroom accommodation, and I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a calm and quiet atmosphere—remarkable considering the hotel’s central location in the heart of the city. The peaceful environment truly enhanced our stay. The staff were courteous, attentive, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Their professionalism and hospitality did not go unnoticed. Additionally, the hotel’s location offered great convenience, with easy access to MG Road and other major commercial areas, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. I am happy to recommend Hotel Sreenivas to others and would like to extend my sincere thanks to the management and staff for their excellent service

Booked the AC single room for one day. It was worth the price. It is very close to MG Road. The room was very neat and tidy. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The staff was also very polite during the whole check in and check out process. This is a very good option for people who are looking for a peacefull stay near the city.

It was a nice stay.Booked a 4 bedded a/c room...very clean & spacious room,washroom also very spacious..24 hrs hot water facility ,room service, etc...staff an management are very humble & helpful.City centre Location.Easy access to public transport..so giving 5 stars👌

Rooms are neat and tidy and the price is affordable. It is in the centre of the city between the junction and town station and so many shops nearby. The metro is also accessible. It also has 24 hours checkin checkout which is very helpful.

Booked 4 Bedded A/c Room through Make My Trip to attend a wedding at Gangothri Kalyana Mandapam. This is located at MG Road . Even though the hotel was old one, everything was very neat and tidy. Very spacious well maintained rooms & Bathrooms. Good well behaved staff. They allow 24 hours check in and check out .

It's an old hotel, but location, room space, service all excellent. They provide 24 hr checkin facility, that attracts me to this hotel. Located in MG road and near to metro station. All good and No negative to say.

When we came to Ernakulam for a medical certificate, we used Srinivas Lodge to stay. I really liked the way they treat customers. Even though the staff there are foreign workers, their behavior is very good. Their room service is even better. I recommend you to book your rooms in Ernakulam. If you are looking for a room in Kochi, you can book Srinivas Lodge.

TERRIBLE STAFF with very bad attitude. We visited this place in December 2024 and the staffs at the reception kept threatening me and me friends that he would call the police if we don't vacate on time. We also requested him that we'd pay extra for a late checkout but he rejected. Rooms were very average for a 1 night stay. They don't even seem to care about their guests who had a bad experience with their hotel. So a ZERO/10 for the hotel management on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
