GREEN VILLA GARDEN

We stayed in the 1st floor flat on the right side. Stay was pleasant. All the rooms and kitchen were neat and well maintained. Quiet locality but not far away from the city. Service was okay. Mr.Sameer was warm and welcoming. Please do not expect Hotel type service as its a service apartment. Could find only two drawbacks 1. The AC in the main bedroom was making all kinds of noises. Needs repair. 2. Hot water was not available at night. ( Hot water knob was turned on and off a few times but hot water did not flow out of the tap :D.) GV is a great budget friendly option for group/family travellers.

Not like hotels. You are renting a appartment for a day. Don't expect hotel like treatment. Clean 3 bedrooms. May be some damp air they may not get customers every day or week. You can cook food . May be some old and new cookware in kitchen.Gas available. For 6 people economically better than hotel

This is the best place for a small get together or place to crash whole on a trip.the rooms are well furnished and top class,the kitchen is well stocked with utensils if you feel like cooking and the ambience is the cool.the rates are also completely affordable.Will prefer it always going forward....

The place is spacious, it has 3 rooms, attached 3 bathrooms , a kitchen, huge living room and a balcony. Place is very quite , nice takeaway foods and grocery shops available near the apartment. However there were a lot of problems in the apartment. Lets start from the rooms. Room 1 A/c leaks so much it can be used as a water tap. Room 2 bed is huge but mattress is so hard you’ll not be able to tell if you’re sleeping on the floor or bed. R3 was okey but there were no night lights in any of these rooms. Since we travelled with kids it was very difficult. The rooms were either fully light or pitch black . Rooms did not have any place to hang towel. Bathrooms were the same. There was no place to keep your dry clothes . Room3 bathroom toilet lid was broken. Room2 toilet flush tanks leaks . Their ad says they have hot water but since its a solar heater , you’ll get hot water only on full sunny days. In cold mornings or rainy days you’ll have to take cold showers. Living room was fine, but the whole apartment had round plug socket so we had to buy 3pins to charge anything. Balcony was big but not cleaned. Kitchen was big . But the cupboards had old rusty pots and pans filled in it . They were not washed in years. Even the curtains were grey and maybe not washed for a long time. There was wifi but it was so slow and most of the times not available. The whole time we were there the garbage was not taken and it started to smell. It’s a nice place but very poorly maintained. Not worth the price

I had a horrible experience with this property ( Green villas, Edappally)last week for a marriage for which I booked their 3 BHK flats and also some rooms ( their associated property) one KM away in Keerthi nagar 1. Service was very poor with nobody there most of the times. The guests had to call me for anything like when there was no water for sometime. Cleanliness of the rooms also needs to be enhanced. 2. They charged additional full one day rent for the flat and rooms when some of the guests stayed for a few hours extra. Though they mentioned that the guests can keep their bags in the reception at property check out time for safe keeping, the guests could not do so as there was no one available there physically. That may be the main reason for this overstay. 3. Though each room in the flat is designed for twin occupancy, they were able to give only one bathe towel. The answer was they do not have in stock.!!! 4. Though the rent charged is only slightly above the prevailing rates, they compensated that with additional charges which was unreasonable. ( as explained in #2). Overall, this property is not worth for money that we are paying and do not recommend this for any prospective guests/ travelers. There are other properties nearby which offer good VFM.

My family and friends accommodate green villa garden in elamakkara, conducted a middle sound of birth music.. but unexpectedply police entered my room and questioning about the about the sound, pls don't book the property for any party purposes . This is not a place for party and all.

We booked this place for 8 Days but cut short our stay to 3 days. We had terrible service and was mainly on the cleanliness of the place. Photos attached. We stayed in B2 and the roms have damp walls due to toilets and the kitchen was a disaster. They promised they had jio fiber running but have to say that we got no internet for the 1st day and by day 2 we had to connect to multiple wifi ids and was getting a max of 14mb speeds and at times would drop and was usually at 7 to 8mbps. On asking them they gave different reasons and i assume that one connection is shared among 6 flats. There is no thing called service as the place was never cleaned for all 3 days we were there. Please avoid this place if you plan to get stable internet and a clean flat. Was lucky to get another place on AirBnB.

I'll give one star because, flat is very impressive but the service is very poor and most important no one is maintaining the the flat properly. Washrooms are not working, flush, jet spray, shower etc all these things are not working. From day one they told us that they removed gyser today from tomorrow onwards solar hot water will be available from morning. Even water cans also not available at that property. Worst experience ever.
