I recently had the pleasure of staying at Luminara, a hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The Premier Room with a bathtub was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start my day. However, I did experience a minor hiccup with room service - the Chicken 65 was overly salty. Nevertheless, this was a one-off incident, and everything else about my stay was fantastic. Overall, I would highly recommend Luminara to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing stay. The hotel's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses, and I look forward to returning in the future.

I had arranged my brother's marriage reception at banquet hall for over 200 guests. The overall experience was excellent, starting with well-managed parking, a neatly arranged hall, delicious food, and great service. The coordination from the marketing manager, Joseph, was especially commendable. Truly deserve a 5-star rating. However, I am reducing 2 stars due to an unpleasant experience with the banquet manager assisting with bill settlement. After settling the bill for 220 plates, we requested a packed meal for my handicapped aunt, who couldn't accompany us to the hotel. The banquet manager initially denied the request, citing vague and funny reasons that this may damage hotel's reputation. After some discussion, he finally agreed, but by then, I declined, as I didn't want to go against hotel policies. When I pressed further, he admitted that it wasn’t actually against the hotel's rules and that he could pack it if we insisted and I denied. Spending ₹1.5 lakh and then hearing such unreasonable excuses over a simple request was frustrating. Customers like us respect and adhere to hotel policies, but staff cooperation is equally important. I strongly urge management to train this individual in customer service to avoid such unpleasant situations in the future. This feedback is intended to help improve service, ensuring that guests do not face such unnecessary inconveniences.

Nice hotel. Overall a pleasant stay. I will surely recommend it to anyone. Breakfast was also very nice. Although we stayed here for one day. I would also like to add that the staff behavior was very nice everyone was so helpful. I don't know what else to add so yeah. Byee have a nice day.

The Luminara hotel is a great value for money, very conveniently located in the heart of the city. Though I stayed with family the most preferred place for your business stays. Excellent stay. So comfortable. Staff is amazing and breakfast was yummiest. Highly recommended stay in kochi. Rooms were clean and tidy. Every facility was provided to us. Loved the hotel . Nearby to the railway station so there was no problem for the transportation .

The hotel was clean and good for 1-2 night stay. We stayed in a room with pseudo-windows. They were just for show but one couldn’t open them and they were translucent so one couldn’t see anything at all outside. There was a party going on in our floor and it was very noisy till 10.45pm, we were very tired so it was annoying. One important point: there should be proper resting and food facilities for our drivers who take us around in car all day and unfortunately have to sleep in their car. It’s bad for the their health and also puts the tourists at risk. The hotel should provide better services for the drivers.

Very good hotel to stay in Kochi. It has 2 bar, the bar in ladies or family members can go to their bat in 3rd floor. The swimming pool was good. We booked family studio room in this hotel. The room was very spacious with 2 single bed and a queen size bed. The room and toilet was neat and clean. The food served in the restaurant was good in taste. The breakfast served was delicious. The staff members at reception, bar and restaurant were very helpful and good at their work. They always greet toy with a smile.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I also loved the amenities, especially the pool and gym. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
