Very nice room with beautiful view. Staff is very helpful. Local dish I.e. Khambir with jam is awesome and so yummy. Needs to taste it once

Our stay at Hotel Dunes in Kochi was fantastic! The staff were exceptionally friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that catered to our tastes. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we would highly recommend Hotel Dunes for anyone visiting Kochi.

A good value hotel located in a bustling urban area. Right opposite Town Hall metro station. Our room was quite spacious but it had a weird smell emanating all throughout. The bathroom had poor drainage. The quality of food was below expectation. They didn't warm the items enough. Feedback fell on deaf ears. Big room to improve in this regard. If food is not part of your plan, it's recommended to eat outside. Lot of eateries nearby. Room service was good though. All our adhoc requests were attended to promptly. Staff is professional but can smile more.

TV was not working. Cigarette smell in room. Room was not cleaned properly, we asked to clean it, but still it was dirty. No numbers of room service, restaurant, reception in room. No restaurant menu in room. Very limited menu in restaurant. For each order, room service person asks to pay immediately instead of whole payment at checkout. No tissue in bathroom near WC. Windows were not opening. Very limited and dim light Overall room was not good.

We had a very bad experience at Dunes continental. -> Location is not good, nearby train station is there and quite noisy area. If you are here to relaxing experience, this isn't place for you. -> We have a small kid with us and for him we wanted warm milk but they denied that they don't have it and unable to arrange. We brought milk ourselves but then also they denied to make the milk warm ourselves in their kitchen. After taking followup with our travel agency they finally helped. -> Rooms are not at all good. It's not renovated, water leakage was there and due to that it's even more cold, also not air freshener applied, old fashioned furniture. We force to change the room and then they have provided us cleaned room but that also having leakage issues. -> Breakfast quality not good. Due to restaurent is under renovation they don't have facility for dinner , lunch, we had to swiggy. Overall we had a very bad experience in terms of quality, relaxation, availablity...etc. Hope this review helps.

A good stay! We stayed during paid quarantine and the staff was nice. They kindly accommodated our dietary restrictions and provided water bottles on request. Food was delicious. Water in shower is hot and powerful (great water massage on my back). AC works good. The room didn’t feel very clean and there is a bit of mold smell. We spent RS.35,000 for 2 weeks stay but they must charge us RS20 for document print out- weird. But otherwise, overall a good stay for quarantine. Good location near Ernakulam Hall metro and North Railway station

Me and my sisters stayed there by the end of April for our quarentine of 10+ days. It was absolutely comfortable and affordable. The service and food was good too. We had a room which had window to front of the hotel. So it was quite airy and less gloomy. The best thing of this place is, staff was friendly and accommodating.
