Good option for budget ac rooms. I got ac Room @ ₹ 1300 for single person and ₹ 1400 for 2 persons. New hotel and Rooms are clean. Bathroom is clean and in good condition. Electric geyser is there, but it connected to only tap. Shower is with cold water only. But kochi is so hot so there is no need of hot water. Everything is working fine. Lots of mosquitoes are there, even doesn't respond to mosquito repellent liquid.

Some bad smell in the room. No lock for the washroom. The room is also not clean.

White walls, aircon in toom, clean blanket, ensuite bathroom, restaurants next door and across the street, close to train station.
