Hotel Srinivas

TERRIBLE STAFF with very bad attitude. We visited this place in December 2024 and the staffs at the reception kept threatening me and me friends that he would call the police if we don't vacate on time. We also requested him that we'd pay extra for a late checkout but he rejected. Rooms were very average for a 1 night stay. They don't even seem to care about their guests who had a bad experience with their hotel. So a ZERO/10 for the hotel management on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Nice ,the environment and the weather was the best and rooms and their services excellent,location is good. though on the busy road, since the hotel is inside the complex, you do not feel the disturbance. one good thing is, since i am a vegeterian, I could get only veg food in the hotel. room was clean and beddings were hygeinic. staff were courteous

The rooms had a strong cigarette smell, making them very suffocating. Cleanliness was just average, and they didn’t even provide drinking water. The lift was also smelly and unclean. Definitely not a pleasant stay. The only advantage is that it is close to the main road.

Reception wasn't at all customer friendly. Receptionist was very rude In rooms, curtains were very dirty and had holes in it, overhead lamp was very dirty. Bathroom doors were not having proper latches Rooms and corridors lighting were very dull, felt like that of 90s times ONLY BEST THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS IT'S LOCATION WHICH IS NEAR TO METRO STATION AS WELL AS RAILWAY STATION.

Rooms are clean and the location is perfect to stay as it is between the city and near to metro . The staff was very kind and helped us whenever required. We had a comfortable stay here

Neat and clean. Price is affordable especially in the mid of the city. We stayed in the four bedroom room. The airconditioner is very old one and not working properly. Apart from this everything is good
